The only thing I didn't enjoy was the elevator situation, which if you are booking with multiple people staying in other floors can get bothersome. Other than that, fantastic service! Great location!

The staff was so amazingly kind and very helpful. Everyone from the front desk, to the bell men, to the workers in the restaurant downstairs—everyone made the experience so wonderful, even while getting snowed in!

Stay was poor due to the following: 1. Cleanliness of room was poor. 2. Shower faucet leaked randomly. 3. Toilet was leaking upon arrival, called front desk for maintenance. Didn’t even pick up the phone. 4. Beds were uncomfortable. 5. Bar was not accessible after 9pm due to volume of people. 6. Tried ordering room service, order was taken and never delivered. 7. Restaurants food was below average.

tried to check in the hotel at 6 o’clock and the room was not ready. Told us to go to dinner and come back did by 8:30. The ring was still not ready at 10 o’clock. We still had no room I had to go to a different hotel then we were charged for this night $588. We are livid. We will never be back to this hotel. The people that were standing with us at the checkout. Also had problems didn’t get a ring had mold in the room. What is going on with you people

We will never be staying here again. We travel to Atlanta 3x a year for business. When we arrived we were exhausted after a long drive and the hotel had overbooked rooms. There was no room available. We had to wait until after midnight sitting in the restaurant to finally get a room. We had early meetings so this was not fun We also had multiple times where there was not hot water for showers

The hotel was very nice. The restaurants and food were good. I did have an unpleasant conversation with someone at the front desk over the phone. I don’t remember his name but he was very rude. I was there for a conference. When I checked in I asked about late checkout and was told I could get an hour later at 11. I agreed to the service. Well, it was announced at the conference that they were allowing a limited number of 2pm check outs. My husband and I had a late flight and were not wanting to carry our luggage around downtown Atlanta so we called the front desk. The man on the other end of the phone was very rude about it when we were just trying to confirm that it was possible to check out at 2pm and then was very accusatory when he further mentioned that we “must have tried this before” because we already had the later 11am time noted on our reservation. He then hung up before we could explain. It was our last night and we didn’t want to spoil our evening so we didn’t complain but I really wished we had brought it to the attention of other front desk staff because it did kind of ruin our feeling about our time in Atlanta.

Stayed here shortly after the winter storm and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. I personally couldn’t tell that they were short staffed and would definitely recommend staying here anytime you visit Atlanta.

The important part, the bed was comfortable but the room just seemed so outdated/broken and needed a deep cleaning! You could tell no one had touched the corners of the room or bathroom in weeks, if not longer! Dust, hair and other daily particles lines the cracks in the bathroom as well as the corners and wall around the room! Two of the three lamps were broken, the shower head leaked and looked like someone had just tried to tape it! The front desk staff was friendly but the staff around the hotel seemed to be bothered! The heavy traffic areas definitely stood out as needing a good vacuuming. Realizing this is a very busy area for conventions and large gathers, I can understand to an extent but this seemed beyond someone just getting behind! For the price, I expected a higher end (clean) feeling! Not perfect by all means, but I’ve stayed at much lower end hotels that were cleaner! The location tho, was great! Maybe that’s what you’re paying for? That part was worth it! Would stay again, but now know what I’m getting!

I booked a king size bed. Went to the room it was 2 beds in there. Maybe full size. The shower gel was empty. No trash bag in the trash can.
