Atlantic Beach Resort, a Ramada by Wyndham

We were very pleased with the check in and overall room conditions. Rooms could use some updating. Tile was chipped in several places and toilets were very loose a few cabinets would not stay shut. The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The down sides were pool heat not working, so no pool available. We were locked out of the room on the second day even though maintenance had been around earlier in that morning to check the door locks. Key card would not work for room and we had to wait out in the cold for a while for maintenance to arrive and let us in. Cards also did not work for laundry or gym access. Occupancy was very low at the time of our stay, but we had some extremely loud and disruptive people staying above us. It would have been nice to have had them spaced apart considering the entire building was empty besides them and us. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and served the purpose that we needed.

Just relaxing

It was the perfect Christmas get away for my family and I. The room was clean and there were plenty of amenities for us. I wil definitely be booking again.

When we stayed there last month, it was AMAZING. The room and front desk (Lacie) was super nice. This time when we stayed, it was not as good. At check-in, my significant other paid and registered my mother-in-law's car for the 20th, and the front desk guy registered it for the 19th. The same guy also gave us pool bands. Later into our stay, we find out the indoor pool was closed. The TV's were outdated and were not compatible with the kids' electronics. The bathroom mirrors were a little tarnished, and the deck had some kind of hair smeared on the wall. We are local, but we book at PepperTree during the Thanksgiving and CHRISTmas season, because we are able to fit our whole family there, and the kids have multiple things to do. During these get togethers, I cook a meal for the enitre family. The kitchen last month was equipped with everything needed, but this one was not. I had to use a handheld can opener that did not even turn. The first day, the front desk guy sent a text asking how everything was going with the room. I told him it was not as nice as the month prior, but we will take it, and we never heard from him after that (Lacey checked in everyday from arrival to departure the time prior.) If you are staying in an up to date room, and Lacey is your front desk girl, you're golden. If your room is not up to date, and she is not your front desk girl, it's not going to be a heavenly stay.

I definitely will come back. I have Thanksgiving dinner with my children and grandkids. I cooked for them ( that was the most exited thing after 2 years), kitchen has all the what you need . Master room big enough. The 2bedroom was very nice as well . I couldn’t when to the beach because was cold . We planning to go back in summer

Quiet time

The rooms and property are amazing! We've stayed here twice now and have loved it both times. 😁 The gal at the front desk was a bit unfriendly, and unfortunately we got her both times actually. But other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort!

Not what i expected; rooms need a deep cleaning. A/c vents need a good cleaning

We were there off season so there weren't many people staying there so we would have preferred a first floor room. Other than that it was a very enjoyable stay.

Easy check in, comfortable and spacious accommodations, beach access. Nice to be there in the off season. Walls were thin, could hear our neighbors TV clearly and them whistling in the kitchen in the morning. Thought it was in our room.

Great property. I wished that the building we were in was closer to the water but we had a really good experience.

We loved this place. Check- in was friendly and easy. The room was large and well laid out. The bed was very comfortable and roomy. Althoigh we didnt get to use a lot of the amenities this trip, we loved the beach access, pools, workout room and the lovely property. This will be our new go-to hotel when we are in the area.

Sherrina our housekeeper was excellent and the property was clean and better than expected. The front desk people was nice and explained everything clearly. There housekeeping department provided extra towels when needed

Nice time. Loved the hot tub and the indoor pool. Swings around fire pit was awesome. Nice for kids too.

The property was nice clean. The only negative is you have to pay to park at the resort. For sum reason all the hotel in this area charge you to park.

I will be booking my stays here each time I visit Atlantic Beach.

It was a great stay. The staff were so friendly, pools were CLEAN, and room was clean. It is a great location!

this is a one bedroom apartment at a nice resort with a number of amenities and beach access. Full kitchen and large bathroom with a walkin in shower. Very great area of Atlantic Beach
