avid hotel CINCINNATI N - WEST CHESTER

I was a very nice room over all. Very nice 24/7 access gym! The shower had liquid soaps, shampoo and conditioner mounted! Very convenient I usually get handicap access shower for comfort but it just had a built in seat and not a smooth transition I’ve had in other nice hotels. The bed was very comfortable The tv turned on once an hour all night long, kept us up, we addressed it up front and they “didn’t know it was still doing that” There was duct tape by some spots on the window frames, I grew up like that so I felt broke again lol. I know its petty of me to mention.. but they don’t use slow close toilet seats.. so beware before you put it back down, it’ll scare the crap out of you and everyone else on the same floor.. It was my first time staying on a ground level room. If you don’t like that, request a floor or so up.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location on the outskirts of Cincinnati was ideal for our purposes, and we found many excellent dining options nearby.

Stayed three nights (stay twice a year) First night TV wasn't working. They tried to fix it, but couldn't. I called them on night 3 to report.. was told it needed replacement (at that point i just wanted them to know before a new guest arrived. Manager was totally professional and transparent. I was most happy with their response and consideration. I'll be staying here when visiting Cincinnati in the future

The two young ladies on check in and check out Was wonderful and treated me with the upmost respect and was very respectful and helpful and their personality was kid

Great property and staff. The only downside was the bathroom door was a one size fits all and the bathroom (ADA accessible) had a slightly raised floor because of the tiles. It was hard to open/close and we brought it up to front desk who said it would be quickly taken care of. Would definitely recommended staying here!

Great place to stay for a few days. Just be aware if you are travelling with a pet, there is a $50 fee per stay.

Employees were very friendly and informative. Probably the best part of our stay. Breakfast is as tasty and plentiful. Rooms were overall clean, but the bathroom walls did have specks of mystery fluids, especially around the trash can. Walk-in shower was nice and accessible, but it leaked so bad at the bottom that there was a pool of water on the floor after each shower. Check in area had a heavy perfume smell that was headache inducing. But despite the minor things, the overall experience was great enough for us to return anytime we’re in town again.

Lakeisha was super at check in and Haley was wonderful at check out! The stay was great!

Lakisha was so sweet when we checked in she even made sure we were good for our following night as well!!

Fitted sheet popped off bed at the slightest move despite constantly putting it back on the bed. This led to a not so comfortable sleep as I toss and turn often and when i woke i was on the plastic under sheet.
