Waited an hour on line to check in. Self check in kiosk was telling us (and everyone else in line) that our rooms were not available. At check in the room type and tower I reserved were not available. A very nice employee was understanding and gave us a suite with one king bed in the Dennis tower instead of a standard two queen room in the Ballys tower that I had reserved to make up for it. The suite was huge! We were very excited for that, until we looked closely around the suite. Five missing lightbulbs (including in the shower) brown water coming out of one of the sinks, lighting fixtures hanging down in the bathroom showing exposed wires and holes in the ceiling, and the icing on the cake, my daughter opening the night table drawer to find a box of magnum condoms!!! This was all reported the next morning although the staff couldn’t have been bothered. Shout out to the maintenance guy that came right away to change the lightbulb in the shower so we didn’t need to shower in the dark. 0 out of 5 stars.

When going to casino, i dont expect to win a a big jackpot but i do a good time. When we left our room on a secrue floor some had or found a way into our room. Luckily we had all of our cash on us and didn't have any very exspensive items in our room. So it was obvious someone went through our stuff. Being a guy i didnt have to much but my girlfriend did. Some went through All of her personal stuff and and took all beauty products and some. Did get really anywher with security other a writen statement...

Out of date..... Typical atlantic city location with homeless vagrants.. took 45 minutes to get a coffee at the in-house. Dunkin, because the kiosks were not working, and there was no sign stating that.. So when you went inside and waited off to the side, you waited for a half hour before one of the other patrons let you know the kiosks werent working. Only 2 guys working in Dunkin, and they were doing the best they could with the crowd that was accumulating.... The chinese restaurant was way way overpriced.
Everything smells like cigarette smoke near the casino front desk, bar and elevators.
Really can't walk the streets once the sun goes down....
