I don't even know where to start honestly, from checking in to getting settled in to the room the entire experience has been awful on top of no cancelations, no refunds Yada yada. They don't have elevator access for a third floor booking, they don't have the pool accessible which was our primary reason for booking here with a 2yo traveling 1,000 miles - pools are invaluable to running their energy down between stays. If we could've canceled, we would've. Then on top of that they wanted to tell us we had to pay a $100 deposit which is probably more than the cost of the night stay when we booked with Affirm which specifically states no deposit no fees when setting up the installment plan. Apparently the staff had to call their GM at midnight on a Saturday to get permission not to charge a deposit they had no business charging. They said the room was on the first floor, it isn't. I don't see any handicap accessibility so good luck to anybody who needs that you will be going up stairs OR a very sketchy curb with a door that is very heavy and difficult to keep open when bringing in a trolley. All of this followed up by the unclean and ratty hotel room we got switched to which is smaller than the one we booked and pay for and who knows what other compromises we wouldn't know about. The first thing I noticed was the tub with a towel carefully draped over several burns along the edge of the tub, what looks like a deteriorating tub finish with possible mold underneath the paint.

They were great! We were there for our daughter’s wedding and they were very nice and helpful. Only thing that would have been nice is if the 3 rd party we booked through would of showed that they pool was under maintenance in August as my little ones were sad they could not go swimming. But everything else was great!

The place looks like it's falling apart, not a clean edge in the place. Cobwebs all over my room, dusty and dirty.

The staff is awesome and very helpful and friendly. The pool being closed was a bummer.

Horrible night attendant on 11/29 gave us a room that smelled like an ashtray It was dirty, and lots of issues in the room mold on ceiling This hotel needs to be shut down. Thank you to the front desk person who was so kind to give me some detergent to wash my clothes. What hotel doesn’t offer/ sell laundry detergent in the front desk if you have a laundry facility

We stayed 3 nights and spoke to several members of the staff. Every single one was very pleasant, professional and helpful. The young lady who I believe was part of the cleaning or kitchen crew, was at the front desk when I hecked out and made sure to ask about our stay. Furniture was a bit dated but the room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and the mattress was EXTREMELY comfortable, we slept great!! I've stayed at many hotels over the past few months and am so surprised that most do not have a working phone, microwave or mini fridge. This room had all including a safe and everything was in working order. We will definitely stay there again

Property was worth the money paid

Iv put my review in, very poor property. Wanted to talk to a manager but no way of talking to one, no email or phone number. Ill never stay there and would never want anyone i know to stay there.

Poorly maintained-dirty. First room offered, door wouldn’t open. Second room offered, had not been cleaned. Third room offered, missing some items-coffee maker but no coffee; no hand towels; lamps not working; paint chipped; floor tiles broken; etc

The property is unkept on the outside and more so on the inside. The first room I checked into had a large black spider hanging from the ceiling, the carpet was extremely dirty with what appeared to be food or drink that had hardened into the fibers. I informed the front of desk of the issues with the room and they moved me to another room that had a defective smoke detector that chirped every 3 minutes or so. I contacted the front desk once again to informed them of the issue. With this being my second concern due to the condition of the rooms, they were quite agitated and informed that the smoke detector just needed batteries. I further informed them it would be difficult at best for me to get a decent nights sleep. Their solution was to put me back in the room with the spider and filthy carpet. My advice would be to avoid this property!

When we checked in we were infkrmwd the pool was closed. Not anywhere posted when booking. Hotel pictures are not current to the condition of the hotel. Ended up changing hotels after 1 night.

I didn’t even stay here I pulled up and saw the condition of the property and left I don’t know why this property is even offered on Expedia. They charged me the $166.00 and i didn’t even stay there best money I’ve spent keeping my family safe.

As a customer that has stayed at several of the Wyndam locations this was by far the worst and only one the I have left a poor review on. Place was very patched together and dated in need of basic repairs. Shades on window would close all the way due to missing hangers and on first floor that is unacceptable. When booking 2 queen beds and get 2 full size is very frustrating and then to be told thats all we have we dont have queen beds, false advertising. Lack of basic amenities such as cups or glasses in room. And access getting to site was horrible. You had to maneuver through another motel parking lot to get to it.

We stayed here for a week of softball tournaments. Checking in was easy the staff was friendly and the check in lady even let us change in a bathroom since we tried checking in early and our room wasn’t ready. There were flyers everywhere apologizing about the renovations and the hotel looked very very outdated and what I thought dirty. When we were able to check in to our room we bought cleaning products to clean our room and surprisingly it was very clean I still did my best to sanitize everything since I have a little one. The first day there was trash piled up in the trash container after days went by it seemed that the trash was getting worse to where there were piles and piles of trash outside the trash container. We stayed for a week and the trash just seemed to get worse attracting homeless people to it. Breakfast was always the same thing scrambled eggs, sausage links, cereal, or bread. It not once changed. There was a room a few rooms away from ours that was missing the lock and was blocked off it was just a very sketchy place overall. I figured out by day two that there were no renovations being made and the flyers were just as an excuse for the condition of the place. The workout/fitness area was just a treadmill and a machine in a very small closet looking room. The staff did their best with what they were working with but that place needs some serious work done.

Under no circumstances should you reserve a room at this hotel. It was so rundown and filthy that we couldn’t stay there. Not even for one night! The weeds around the building were probably three feet tall, there was trash all over the entrance and parking lot, including a dirty diaper. Windows on the first and third floor had huge holes in the glass and there were only three cars in the parking area. Every other hotel was packed, but nobody was staying there! While waiting in line to cancel, the clerk was helping two other families who had been up to their rooms and had immediately decided that they couldn’t stay. They wanted their reservations cancelled as well. I overheard them complaining about mold in their bathroom and a terrible odor in the hallway. Also, the pool was closed and “under reconstruction”. It was so bad that we would’ve slept in our car, with our child, before we stayed there! Fortunately, we found a much better, cleaner hotel. I don’t know where the website found the pictures they used, but it definitely was from a different location. Disgusting!!!

Men’s bathroom in the lobby had the doors removed from the stalls. They had also removed the lock from the main bathroom door so that nobody could close the door. The women’s bathroom was perfectly intact.

The whole place is falling apart! Everything was either broken or falling apart! Lots of nasty stains on the toilet and bathtub! Very gross smell! And the breakfast person was so rude and didn’t refill the coffee! Pool and hot tub was broken and full of trash and rotting water! Probably why it stinks in the place! Very expensive for the price!!!
