We are on a cross country road trip and so this was a one nighter. Good choice. Sarah at checkin was lovely and helpful. She gave us a great recommendation for dinner, which we really enjoyed. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We couldnt hear traffic even though we were facing the highway. Breakfast was OK- only a small choice of items. Appreciate that there were some hot items even though they were very basic sausage and premade egg patties

The jet tub in the room was fantastic. The smell in the hotel was spa like, aromatherapy. Wonderful. Beds are so comfortable with lots of pillows.

I really didn't want to complain. But after I received a 25. Early check in and wasn't told about it until check out. The room wasn't that clean with paper on the floor by the safe and there is a lot of dust and dirt on the bed frame and looks likely someone ether cough on the tv or splashed it. And was still the same way the next day. And I bet if you now it's still the same.

The hotel and room were good. We had a hot tub but the water never got hot enough to really use. We had to change rooms because the first one didn't have a working heater. The lady at the front desk both days wasn't very helpful. She seemed a little bored lazy.

Refrigerator didn't work, they didn't have kleenex in the dispenser, no toilet paper, the hot tub in the room was dirty, the floors shower and mirrors were dirty, the Refrigerator had something red and sticky spilled everywhere, the only thing that was clean was the bed and it was very comfortable, the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful, i don't thing I will stay here again, I've been staying here for almost 30 years, it used to be really nice, it has really gone down hill. I was in town for a Dr's appointment and this place was right next door, I should have stayed across the interstate, I hope they do better before this place fails apart

Staff was friendly and polite. I called a few days prior to my arrival to convey I will be arriving after midnight so as soon as I walked in, my key card was at the front desk. I grabbed and went. This was extremely helpful since I was extremely tired and just wanted to see sleep again. Room looked nice. The bed was not that comfortable and the towels looked like they’ve ran their course. If I could just give the hotel a 5 because of the easy peasy check-in process and the lady who handed me my key, I would but that would be dishonest since I paid enough for a comfortable bed and didn’t get one.

I booked the hotel because of the indoor pool but the poolroom was very cold and the pool that claims to be heated was not. No towels in the pool area either.

Older hotel. As clean as you’d expect for it’s age. We just needed a place to sleep a few hours. The lady who checked us in was very nice! The booking was for a “lake facing” room but our room faced the highway which was noisy. And we parked the car on the lake side so we couldn’t see it. Didn’t stay for breakfast.
