We were charged a fee to check in early, even though the room was ready. We found the room to have a torn couch, missing light fixtures, and a cracked mirror. I asked for and was given a new room, which was acceptable. The room was not short people friendly. I'm about 4'11". I had to use the covers to pull myself up on the bed. And taking a shower was nearly impossible. There was no tub, only a small box shower. The shower head was set about 7 1/2'up. The spray went directly to the wall and was not adjustable. If I got in the water, it was right in my face making it very hard to shower. The staff were all very nice and accommodating.

It didn’t have no hot water and no help from the staff and the breakfast was nasty and the juice was hot and know staff to help I would never stay there again with my family and they be stealing out your room when you be gone because I had some stuff was stolen from me when we was gone you better think twice before you book it I promise you, you will regret it

Expedia did not send the hotel booking information. It was booked and paid for at 730 AM and when guest got there at 630 pm after driving 12 hours the hotel did not have his reservation. We had to call Expedia to sort out. Was a hassle

Water damage to ceiling all throughout lobby and bathroom. Carpet throughout entire building probably hasn’t been washed since the 80’s. The room smells like every stray cat outside has a key to this room. Soap scum and mildew on caulking in tub. Torn/cracked curtains. I can hear my neighbor’s smoke alarm battery beeping, so might want to replace #322’s alarms…. Just in case of a fire…. Tucked corners of bedsheets are yellow, But at least it passed my bed bug check, so aces on that at least.
I will, from now on, never EVER cut costs and go with the half priced room….. because I absolutely got what I paid for……

I got in on Friday evening checking in
Put my things in the room lift back out to get something to eat got back in the room to settle in and I saw bedbugs in the room now I have to get all of my clothes dry clean before I can take them in my house because I don’t want to bring them in my houses it really cost me more money than the stay was worth

It was clean and comfortable and served its purpose after traveling 9 hours. However, the toilet would screeching run every 15-20 minutes so loud it would startle us. The in room coffee pot didn’t work or maybe it was the outlet, and the breakfast was very simple and kind of lacking.

Hated u couldn't ask for extra towels had to keep switching towels for towels than if u asked for a sheet change they fought u on that.. pool closed too breakfast was awful

The staff were very friendly. Customer service was excellent at check in. The property is not in the best shape—very worn. The room smelled like mildew. The towels and shower curtain were obviously old and thread-bare. The whole facility was not as clean as I would have liked.
