When the gal was there to check us in, she noticed that I backed up into a handicap parking space. And she moved us automatically to the low level, so we didn't have to climb any stairs or taken elevator. In my point of view I think this is just excellent for her observation knowing that I was handicapped, we will see you next year

The property double charged for the room. It took nearly 2 weeks for it to show back up as a credit on my account. The lady at the front desk recommended a taxi service when we asked for a shuttle. Said it was their buddies and was called affordable taxi. They told us it was increased rates due to the holiday and they were charging us $30 for a four minute ride our Uber back was eight dollars. The following morning, we went down to the pool area, which was slightly dirty. Which is understandable because there was a ton of kids staying since it was New Year’s Eve night. When we went back to our room in our swimsuits, our door would not open. I had to go down to the reception area three times to finally get help opening it. Was such a horrible day and we had such high hopes for a good night.

This property maintenance company does a poor job on repairs. The walls have holes, outlet plates don’t fit properly, shower curtain is one second away from collapse. Key cards constantly get deactivated. Halls smell like marijuana and apparently there was a death here over new years so there is constant police presence.

As always good stay good people. Maintenance worker should be fired 2 days the desk had to unlock my door. Just batteries to replace. But big THANK YOU to your worker Bean she went above n beyond and fixed my lock. Thanks Bean. Owe ya a drink.

It was comfortable and quiet. But not very clean. We checked in got to our room there were some sort of pills on the floor in our room, then we moved an end table to get to the sink and it was filthy all around that area and shards of glass on floor in bedroom as we had a suite so the bedroom was separate from the living room are

My room was very dirty, carpet was sticky and wet in spots, showed nice pictures of the rooms and a pull out sofa bed Available and they don’t have those rooms. They need to be updated, doors and pealing. Toilet seat was all chipped up. Wasn’t expecting such a horrible room. One of the hot tubs were broke and taped down. The only thing good about it was the staff was super friendly.

While the hotel was clean and had a nice pool area and a continental breakfast im giving it a 2 star overall. Our key cards did not work half the time and we had no heat in our room for a 3 day stay. We were not offered any kind of refund or a change of rooms. They staff overall were all very nice except for one of front desk ladies. Absolutely loved the breakfast attendant! He was great at his job! He made sure we had whatever we needed and was very personable. I give him 5 stars!

We had to move rooms because our toilet broke. Otherwise it was great. One of the hot tubs was out of order but we didn’t have time to use the pool area anyways.
