It was the worst!! First they gave me a room that was already occupied then they gave us a room with one hand towel and one body towel and no wash cloths and when I asked for more they said the cleaning staff had not came in yet and when they get there they’ll bring some more but they never came. Good thing my fiancé had taking a shower already so I just showered with what I had. Then I called down the next day to get wash cloths and towels and was told the same thing I was told the day before and still haven’t received them so I ended up buying my own from Wal-Mart and the elevator and hallways were junky the room had cobwebs all in the corner and the picture on the wall had dust all over it. The only good thing about the place was the pillows were comfortable and the shower was nice and hot and clean but the bathroom sink was clogged up. I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody but not even a stray animal.

Found roaches in my room and common areas! The furnishings are old and ratty. Water stains on the ceilings. Housekeeping poor. Advertise pool and breakfast and neither are available or the fitness center. It is atrocious.

I called in to ask about the hotel in the pool. I was promised that the pool was going to be opened and when I arrive, they told me that it was closed for the season when I told them I booked the room and I spoke to a person about that they said that I was wrong and that was not the case. The room in the building was in an awful state of disrepair the kind of place that looks like you caught an STD from breathing the air. We did not stay booked at a different hotel some of the worst service I’ve ever received in my entire life now I’m arguing to try to get a refund.

The facilities are terribly outdated and filthy! No swimming pool like stated on website and no breakfast was provided even though it stated so…. I wouldn’t have eaten there anyway though. The lobby, elevators and corridors are filthy. My room was cleaner than I had to expected, however. It wasn’t perfect, but it wasn’t as dirty as the public areas.

The hotel was in poor condition. Our room was dirty, bathroom floor was dirty along with the shower and tub. The front desk attendant smell horrible. We had only stayed one out of two nights dew to the conditions. The hotel wouldnt refund the other night so now my i have a lawyer looking into everything.

So bad. Stains on the floors and sheets (including blood droplets). The faucets weren’t secured. The entire place smells like stale tobacco, even in the “no-smoking” rooms. The desk clerk couldn’t even be bothered to get off his phone during check in.

I have never seen a hotel property in this bad shape! Looks like Wyndham has no idea what is happening in their frenchies. - The bed put together on brick and wood pieces - Sink did not drain - No breakfast! Everything empty, no front desk staff at the breakfast time. - it was heart breaking to see kids coming to breakfast room, and scraping for cereal! - elderly coming to the breakfast room and returning in a surprise! - they complained that there room water was too hot to even wash hands, there was no way for them to cool the water. They left the hotel without bath and breakfast. - the bed sheet had guck on it. - this was common experience shared by all the guests who came to the breakfast room on Oct 20th morning. Very very bad property and management!! It is shame that Expedia has the property advertised on their app and sites. It is a disgrace to Wyndham franchise.
