The breakfast was ridiculous. The juice machine was broken. The waffle maker was broken. The water pipes were frozen, so they had coffee made. But there was no hot water offered. So to make my tea and hot cereal I had to go back to my room and microwave some, then carry it back to breakfast. Just terrible.

Our room remakes of cigarette and pot smoke from our neighbors who seemingly were smoking something the whole time we were there. There was a mountain of butts on the ground below from the chain smoking on the balcony. On top of that, we left an iPad on the bed and when we called a few hours after checkout, they said the room hadn’t been cleaned yet, however the iPad was not found. We know it was in the room because we could track it, so it was obviously stolen by a staff member.

The conditions of the room were unacceptable. Smelly, dirty, broken locks, windows wouldn’t lock. There was a homeless guy in the lobby and it was not safe feeling at all.

My only complaint (which minor) is that the breakfast was kind of poor - I know staff is hard but it seemed like the front desk person was responsible for keeping the breakfast stocked (and she was having problems). But the facility itself was fine and we had no complaints for a good nights sleep and shower in the morning. The staff was helpful and friendly.

They had no exercise facility and their breakfast was almost nothing. The heater in the room kept us up all night and the registration took hours because their computer system was down. I complained to the management but their only feedback was the food delivery truck didn’t come this week… zero rating on a 1-10 scale

Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Only complaint is that heat was turned off in our room and it was 54 degrees when we walked in. Turned up the thermostat and nothing happened. Went to the front desk and staff member came to the room and showed us that there was a new heat pump for heating and cooling that had to be turned on. It heated the room fine but was very noisy when running. Tried to turn the fan to "low" but it seemed to run on "high" anyway.
