Staff was very friendly. Had problems checking in through expedia and staff did everything possible to get us checked in. Breakfast was great and we actually had one of the staff members sit down and talked with us. We had a nice interaction and she shared some Mexican Family recipes with us.

Over night stay. We arrived about an hour early and were told that it would cost us $30.00 to check in early. This set off alarms in me that if the room was ready and reserved what was the problem with that.

Very nice for the price. The way the rooms are laid out allows for good hallway sound buffering. Beds were comfortable.

We booked a king room. However, when we arrived we were told that no king rooms were available and all they could give us was two queens. That really is not acceptable. We understand the rush due to Milton, however we booked in advance and we should have gotten the room we booked.

Stayed here for several days having to evacuate hurricane Milton. The room may have been dated, but it was clean and bed was comfortable. The staff went over and above to keep all of us evacuees were taken care of. It was a full house and they kept breakfast open later to care for the crowd. They were flexible with our check out date since we weren't sure when we could return home. They made a stressful situation far less stressful.

The area was easy to drive around, convenient for stores and food places around. The room was small, making it simple and easy. Overall, it was super clean and lovely to stay at.

A lot of mold around the shower at the top of the bath, disgusting. Bathroom had a lot of what looked like pubic hair on the floor behind the toilet, disgusting. Unsafe conditions, no visible security outside although it was well lit.

I did not like the very long walk to the lobby for breakfast. Breakfast was ok. I wish outside doors were automatic for handicapped people. Hard to push open doors for wheelchair.
