Not only did I arrive early and my room was ready the staff was very accommodating when my microwave broke the rooms were very clean and considering it's right next to the highway there was very minimal noise

Excellent hotel for the price. Yes it’s outdated but not dirty or nasty. My room was clean, quiet, and spacious. There were a few cracked tiles in the bathroom and chipped paint, but nothing that would affect your stay. I was surprised at how quiet it was. I didn’t hear any slamming doors or people walking by. The front desk staff was nice and welcoming. The front guy at check in answered quite a few questions that I had, and the guy at check out asked if I experienced any problems and thanked me for staying. Overall positive experience. Would stay again.

I was disappointed it was a motel and not hotel... but that was my fault for not looking closer at the description. So had to go outside to get to room. Also. I did not ask about airport shuttle schedule and Unfortunately it was NOT available early enough for me to make my flight. Had to UBER!!!

Real nice staff. Really dirty room. Floor and tiles in bathroom shower not clean. No elevator and the complex/neighborhood felt really unsafe at night for a female solo traveler. I used every protection measure possible for the door. It was very quiet and in the daylight looked ok but at night, real sketchy. Didn’t leave the room or order food delivery cause I didn’t want people to know I was there.

There were roaches in the room. Sat on 1 bed and the frame was broken and the matress folded like a taco. Was kinda funny but not comfortable or safe. Other bed in the room did not sit on the metal frame correctly and ripped my pant leg. Night employee was great, door mechanism was broken and he apologized and corrected situation. Morning employee was told of the issues and did not seem surprised or interested in making things right.

as soon as we opened the door, a cockroach run under the bed. i am staying with my baby and husband, we left after seeing the room's condition, very bad, i would not recommend anyone here

I was at this hotel for 3 days and it was nothing but roaches and it was even 2 roaches in the microwave when I first got there. I do not recommend anyone staying there. The only thing good about it is the shuttle bus was close the airport. Housekeeper did not clean the bed or change the sheets. Also, the housekeeper did not take our trash out. The lights keep going on and off on its own whenever I’m in the bathroom. Please check for bed bugs but I really do not recommend nobody staying there at that nasty hotel. Also, you have to put your food on longer because the microwave doesn’t make it hot enough. The front desk did not do anything about the roaches and we kept calling them about the microwave for 2 days for them to finally give us a NEW microwave.
