By far one of the cleanest I have experienced, Latoya took care of us on our stay. Clean rooms and very clean hotel. On the other side of things needed extra towels this morning and was told to switch out, key word was extra. I experienced that not all clerks are as friendly. The manager this morning was very rude. Simple things like this can ruin a perfect stay. Refused to go back and forth about a towel.

Our stay was very inconvenient, we had to move 2 times to 3 rooms.
The 1st room had a plumbing issue in the toilet & the 2nd
room had a broken shower. .

Breakfast ok. Gravy for biscuits very watery. The apple juice and orange juice were so watered down. Typical breakfast of scrambled egg, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, yogurt and cereal. Room was clean, no complaints. Staff quiet

In the building and in the rooms, they use some horrible toxic solution to clean inside. It smells horrible as a strong chemical. This smell goes through your clothes and everywhere. If a person has an allergy - it is a difficult place to survive. The building and rooms overused without necessary repair.
