Under construction so had to use stairs for 2nd floor Check in staff very pleasant. Had to get help with TV as not ready for use. Breakfast at 8:30 only 1 choice of bread No eggs left No coffee No creamer or milk Quiet Bed & pillows very comfy Girl at desk at about 1:45 pm Wed Jan 15/25 very helpful. very good. Pleasant & helpful

Good value hotel near Micron

We booked and paid through Expedia and when we arrived at 2am after 14hr drive we where told that Expedia did not sent them virtual credit card payment for our reservation and he made us call Expedia and after we got on the line with rep clerk from hotel told that “he figured it out” and he checked us in. He might had fixed an issue before we arrived if there even was an issue. We think he wanted us to book through them directly and that is what he encouraged us to do cancel with Expedia and book with him. If the end we wasted 30 min which we found use for rest after long day

The hotel and staff itself were amazing. Our only issue was that our room was on the first floor close to the lobby. The doors are not insulated well and we could hear every person talking in the hallway, checking in, checking out, and dragging suitcases in the lobby. It was very loud and woke us up constantly. I would only stay here again if they had a second floor room available.

Breakfast was just ok. Plant based sausage was the only “meat” option and the eggs were blah and the potatoes dry. Other than this the stay was perfectly acceptable. I really loved that the pool, hot tub and gym were available 24 hrs. Often we check in late and are not able to use those amenities. So I guess the midnight swim made up for the lackluster breakfast. I would stay again.

Where to begin!! We arrive at 3 am the front desk wasn’t very friendly, but I do understand, time wasn’t very appropriate. The facility it’s amazing, the room was smelly, the neighbors were very loud, we couldn’t sleep. Call the front desk and they couldn’t do anything. I won’t stay here anymore.

Okay place, but nothing special. A lot of noise guests. Subpar breakfast consiting mostly of greasy "bacon" and eggish things. Coffee not very good either.

The staff was hit or miss, one front desk attendant was amazing. Customer service oriented, kind, knowledgeable. One was brisk, short and rude. We enjoyed the pool, and hot tub, also the room was clean, we had a shower, a roof over our heads, and a place to sleep. At the price point per night though, slightly concerning items, our door was broken, the bathroom fan/heat was horrible sounding and broken, our beds were awful and truly the whole hotel needs a very very deep clean. The common areas like the elevator, front lobby, and halls were not just dated but dirty. The hot tub needs a major overhaul, not cleanliness but broken pieces of the tub, broken jets, and really just needs a renovation. I’ve paid less for a room and had far nicer environments. We appreciate the location, and we appreciated having a hot breakfast and one professional front desk attendant, but overall the place was lackluster. Not worth the price per night.

The hotel was having the tile floor in the front breakfast are redone. The contractors should have hung a plastic barrier to prevent dust traveling everywhere. There was dust from the tile removal all down the hallway. And there was dust on the coffee cups and lids in the hallway. Very unsanitary and problem some health concerns. In our room, the bathroom floor had a large piece of tile broken, which could cut someone's foot.

We had a prepaid reservation over Hotels.com, arrived at 2 AM after a long road trip with our children. The guy at the counter looked sheepish and didn’t make sense with a lot of his explanations and thoughts…. Despite having my drivers license, Hotels.com confirmation email and confirmation number and confirmation that my bank account had been charged for the reservation he said there was no reservation he could find in his system. What he wanted me to do was ask Hotels.com for a refund so he could charge me through the hotel directly and it ended up being almost the same price. Hotels.com wasn’t the most professional over the phone either (they hesitated to call the hotel for some reason and did not offer much help, but to find another hotel for us, which I can do on my own and still takes time. ) Needless to say, I was charged, had all of my confirmation emails from Hotels.com and the hotel itself, but was denied my room at the front desk, I wasted a lot of time and the family got to sleep over an hour later when I gave in and placed another reservation through the hotel directly.The hotel had pretty great reviews, but we were not impressed with the hard muffins, super dry, oranges, cold coffee, bitter coffee the next morning, and a creamer who had turned into straight corn syrup. The place is not nice. This was unlike our usual quality Best Western experiences. The amenities were good and the beds comfortable, so that saved the stay.
