A last minute decision. Comfortable, quiet room, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice with eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, fruit, tea, coffee, juices, breads. Checkin was quick and efficient, checkout was the same.

The rooms are nicely appointed, very spacious, and clean. However, there's an obvious ongoing maintenance issue here. The elevators were broken on check-in, which made for a tough climb with all my luggage to the 3rd floor. The toilet was running in my bathroom, and while they offered to move me to a new room (thank you), I felt no indication that they planned to fix it. The hot tub was not working and the water was not clean—smelled strongly of mildew. The pool is ice-cold, so I would think they would at least try to clean the hot tub. Breakfast was a bit sad. No coffee creamer, coffee pretty gross from a Nescafe machine, extremely basic food options, rotten fruit. The waffle iron was on and they provided syrup, but no waffle batter. Why was it even there? The pillows were some of the most miserable I've ever encountered—large, square, lumpy, and hard like stiff sofa cushions. Also, there was no blanket, and even with the A/C off, I was cold, forcing me to run the heat. Between that and the running toilet (whihc I tried to fix myself), I felt so wasteful. This seems like it's not a staff issue, but a management issue. (I'm giving it three stars for the comfortable and clean room.)

Elevator not working, so seniors had to haul luggage upstairs and down. Hot tub not sufficiently warm and jets not working. Breakfast mediocre, especially since no waffle mix for iron. Desk clerk was apologetic and helpful with elevator issue. Room was clean and satisfactory

Room was okay, although WiFi was weak at my room. The breakfast was a disaster. The food was cold; there was no hot water for tea (the coffee machine was also broken), the waffle batter wasn't readily available, and the waffle syrup ran out. Except for breakfast, the stay was okay.

I had requested a handicapped room. We got a bath with a tub. The phone in the room did not work, so I had to use my cell phone to call the hotel. The front desk said that the room was a handicapped room since there were hand holds. My husband can't step across the tub to take his shower. I asked for a room with a bath we could use. After some difficulty, finally they gave us a roll-in shower. The front desk said you have to ask for a roll-in shower specifically to not have a tub. Just FYI.

I enjoyed everything

Elevator was broken. Our room was on the third-floor. My daughter and I had luggage. Front desk didn’t offer to change our room or help with our luggage up the stairs.

POOL NEEDED TO BE CLEANED; WATER WAS GREEN & SMELLED.

It was clean, very nice & felt safe
