Best Western Plus Airport Inn & Suites

I've always felt that Best Westerns are clean and well managed. I've never experienced less. Their pricing is competitive and reasonable. When there's a list of hotels to choose from, Best Western is always a safe choice.

The property looks somewhat derelict and with little or no attention to detail

My faucet was leaking and the room could of been cleaned better.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good and included hot eggs, meat, and waffles. Convenient to the airport and freeway.

No one was at the front desk to check us in and the hot water in the shower does not exist and the room was not fully cleaned with a item under the bed, i have pictures but unable to load

It was a very nice place

I would give zero stars if I could. When we got in the room it was freezing and took hours to warm up. Our son took a shower, no hot water until he had let it run for 20 minutes and then it was lukewarm. In the morning I turned the water on before I was ready to shower to see if I could get hot water. We let it run for 10-15 minutes & then called the front desk. They said it could take up to an hour for hot water! They just redid their system & there’s some kind of problem. There was no offer of how to compensate us for these huge issues. Isn’t that something they should let you know BEFORE you rent the room. Not an hour before you need to leave for your flight? And only then because we called & complained! Once we called within minutes the water went from freezing cold to super hot. Suspicious to me. We’ve stayed here a few times in the past for early morning flights and it was never like this. It has gone downhill. We won’t be staying here again.

Breakfast was really good! Shuttles to the airport was great to have and overall had a good stay !

The hotel is nice clean and well kept the staff is very nice and friendly and not to mention the Breakfast was very good better than what we are expected

I stay in SLC airport hotels often and this one is my favorite. They allow dogs, the staff is courteous and friendly and the hotel rooms are great. A !

Pool/hot tub and weight room were nice. Room was clean. Had a bathtub handle issue that the front desk said they would let maintenance know about. We would stay here again.

Good clean rooms. Comfy bed. Very good breakfast. Easy parking. Only problem was that there were no restaurants near by.
