we always stop of the hotel because you are dog friendly. There was so much dog waste. Even on the side walks Maybe increase the pet fee or provide a dog waste disposal area with bags. I am concerned that there will be a time when you no longer allow dogs. And that is why we stay there.We stay 2 times a year.This was the first time that we noticed this.

We had a great stay. The property is freshly remodeled and very nice. The staff were super friendly. The pool and hot tub area were nice too! No complaints.

Our room was old. The mattress was old and dirty. I pulled the several layers of padding back to see crusty dirt. It was the only room, so we stayed. We wont be back. There were dogs overhead and they put right next to the food court. So disappointing.

The hotel was clean and nice. Beds were comfy and it was decorated cute for Christmas.
The woman at the front desk was kind of rude but once I was nice to her she was slightly nicer. Would have liked to start our stay without the attitude but that’s okay. Everything else was good and breakfast was tasty.

The staff was very friendly and our room was clean and pleasant. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because I think the heat didn’t work. No matter what we set the thermostat on, it never got very warm. No extra blankets…
