Return customer, I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times. Nice, clean, the rooms have everything on my list: fridge, microwave, coffee maker, nice views from the rooms. Walking distance to Little Italy and the restaurants, great staff, the hotel itself is safe and secured. This hotel is an easy drive off the freeway from Front st. with all the one way streets and an easy exit back to the freeway. The only thing that would be a negative is construction noise and the $30 per night parking fee.

The shower pressure was bad. If someone was taking the shower, the pressure would almost be nonexistent. Otherwise the stay was pleasant.

Stayed 2 weeks so they upgraded me to a better room with a great view, Many thanks; The staff was alway helpful. The location was great on one end of Little Italy and 20 minutes or so from Balboa Park or Gaslamp District I would stay there anytime in San Diego

- Room was spacious
- The Inn is very close to Little Italy and other major San Diego landmarks (Seaport, USS Midway, Airport, Zoo, etc.)
- The WiFi keeps getting disconnected and we had to keep re-authenticating
- The television was old - most modern TVs have Netflix, Prime, Apple TV apps
- There seemed to be water issues in the bathroom especially with the shower pressure(very low flow) and the flush
- The hotel does not provide water (even extra bottles that we were willing to pay for)

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Bayside Inn in San Diego, and while my experience had some positives, it also fell short in one key area.
The room was very clean and well-kept, and the bed was quite comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff were accommodating and pleasant, always ready to assist with any requests. The pool area was a nice feature, providing a great spot to relax.
However, the breakfast that was included with the room was disappointing. The quality and variety left much to be desired, which was surprising given the other positives about the hotel.
Overall, while the accommodations and service were commendable, the breakfast experience was underwhelming. If this aspect were improved, the hotel would be a solid choice for a stay in San Diego.

This was a pre-cruise overnight stay. We were on 7th floor facing the water and can see our cruise ship docked in the morning. Good view, very close to Little Italy strip.

Hotel was great. Great location walking distance to Little Italy. Starbucks on corner which was nice and convenient. Fast and easy check in. No elevator in the parking structure, but it was not a big deal. Would definitely stay again.
