This hotel was filthy. There was hair on the floor, crumbs everywhere, food behind the bed on the floor, and bugs on the floor dead. The pullout couch did not have bedding on it, and when we asked we were told to come get it. The “bedding” consisted of a sheet and a thin blanket. No pillows. The mini fridge was all rusted on the inside. The beds were extremely hard. There was barbed wired fencing along the property as well. We didn’t stay longer than an hour before we booked a different hotel down the road.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff was very nice and considerate. The only complaint I have, is housekeeping spoke no English so every time I tried to communicate with them was useless. Also, we was there 4 nights and house keeping never once serviced our room, and we had to go to front desk even night and ask for towels, and wash cloths, due to room not being service.

The room floor and carpet were dirty. Breakfast was not good, the sausage was so dry, it was one step above eating cardboard. The employee attending the breakfast didn’t speak English, so we couldn’t ask for missing breakfast items. Coffee was decent and they had whole milk and half & half, so one positive there.

We arrived for a pre booked connecting room stay and they could not find our Reservations!!! Then gave us rooms on 2 different floors and the whole point of this was to spend family time with out Mother/ Nana. very disappointing !!!

We chose this hotel because it provided beds for 5 people. Unfortunately, the bedding for the pullout couch was not in the room, so I had to go down to the front desk to get it, and it didn't include a pillow.

We got sent to the wrong hotel firstly, and then was shooed away from one of the members of the same company.They forgot to immediately ask for the deposit. I paid extra for a hotel that has an indoor pool, but it was closed down for supposed cleaning; even though, the water and area was clear. The key card only worked for our room and none of the entrances, so that made us struggle even more. They barely had things that would help out with cooking in the microwave. Then we got locked out our hotel room more than 30 minutes earlier than the leave time.
