Reception almost empty, had to wait for them everytime had question. Most of the time they are no on Desk. Hotel rooms were not that clean. In terms of basic amenities in room, Only one coffee machine and that too broken. Told reception after waiting for a long time, he simply ignored and said will send someone as if we are staying for a year. Only plus was breakfast and their breakfast staff.

Vey noisy if facing street. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers were terrible. Bring your ow. Lobby was cold. Had to wear coats.

The hotel needs a lot of updates, but I will say it is very clean. All of the staff were cheerful, helpful and professional. Our room was much more spacious than expected with a fridge that worked great and wasn’t noisy like so many others. Unfortunately the bed was not comfortable at all, like sleeping on a piece of wood. Lots of noise from freeway and jets. Bring earplugs.
