Best Western Plus Plaza Hotel

Great..hot pool from the earth.

Washing Machine broken, short on towels. Ice machine broken. Flood damage to room not repaired. Beds uncomfortable. Noisey rooms. Breakfast sucked and out of what was there. Overpriced for sure.

Super clean! Roomy and comfortable. Amazing staff! I'd definitely stay again!

We weren’t able to check in at 3 pm as promised. We had to wait for an hour for our room to be cleaned. We paid extra for a room with a fireplace and it didn’t work. We told the lady at the desk and she said yeah, that one doesn’t work and I don’t have another room to move you to.

The staff was super nice and very helpful but the building is very outdated

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful but the rooms were absolutely filthy, the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone

Beautiful historical hotel. The rooms where modern and very nicely decorated It was nuce and quiet. Pet friendly. Very nice gentleman services the breakfast. Had a wonderful stay.

Cute historic building. But could hear people next to us. Beds were short due to footboard and very uncomfortable. Husband has some back issues and was up at 3 am. I was not any better with the other bed. Unusually for a Best Western.

Comfortable stay, friendly staff, and easy parking. Absolutely love the hot tub spring being open 24/7. We come here once a year and will continue to do so.

Excellent location. About the friendliest staff I have ever experienced. Overall it is a great hotel. There are many parts of the property that need a little attention, but it seems like they are in the process of fixing a lot of things up, so likely by the time you stay the property will be as excellent as the staff.

Always a special stay. Located in the Hot Springs State Park, this historic building is a great stay. Location, staff, hot tub, and breakfast are all 5 star!

The hotel is old, which wasn’t a problem. The public areas were clean and well maintained. Our room looked clean, but the curtains were ragged, the some of the windows lacked screens. That was important because the air conditioning wouldn’t work so we had to open the windows. Our biggest complaint was there was NO room housekeeping at all. We had to go downstairs to ask for fresh towels, coffee pods and soap refills. The rooms were quite expensive, about $200.00, per night. We had expected much better from a Best Western branded hotel. What we found was service from a super budget hotel. There was a sign, behind another sign on the counter stating the hotel cannot get housekeeping staff and so they can’t do daily room maintenance. The notice advised we could request service, but it was too late by then. If there is not going to be service then the hotel should reduce the price accordingly. The breakfast was good, and the attendant cheerful. The hotel is very nicely situated, in front of the river. The park surrounding the property is lovely.
