Staff excellent. Toilet was tricky to flush and desperately needs to be repainted and drywall in spots in the hotel room. There were water marks from old leaks and rust. But great location and reasonable price for the area.

This was a normally $100ish a night room. But during the Taylor Swift concert, I paid not only almost $800 a night, but was required to pay for a 2 night minimum. Not worth that money at all.

We stayed at the hotel for a business conference. It was good walking distance to bourbon street and the convention center.
We had to ask a few times for help with our toilet as it would always jam. The bathroom was not very clean when we arrived.
The hotel did the trick but we were looking forward to going home in our beds.
As women, we were not always comfortable leaving the hotel alone.

Nice stay. They were very accomodating when we had to add another day due to the Jan 1st insident on Bourbon street and postponing the Sugar Bowl....however upon arrival we were missing a shower head. Bed was old and we rolled to the center. Very uncomfortable. Very old building and could use some updates.

I initially hesitated to write a negative review, considering the hotel's age. However, my experience compelled me to share my thoughts. I encountered several issues, including a lack of available towels, having to request soap, and even spotting a rat. Additionally, I witnessed an unpleasant argument between the staff and a young employee at the front desk regarding the towels. Overall, these problems significantly impacted my stay, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. My experience was quite disappointing.

The best part about this hotel is the location and the employees. It is in a very great location, close to everything you will want to see. The staff is very nice and welcoming, and also very helpful. The rooms however are gross. The hotel really needs a full renovation. There was mold in the hallway, stains on the bed, hair in the tub, the walls are peeling, the ceiling was leaking, it has a bad smell. So much for the beautiful views of the city, because there is some kind of glue residue on the windows and blocking any and everything. I would never ever stay here again.

I was charged an incident fee that I knew nothing about prior. Very odd for such a gross hotel. I’d literally checked out of the beautiful and clean Hilton that morning. I really expected more. As clean and beautiful as the Hilton was, there were no hidden fees.

For the price the hotel was decent. While we had a 10th floor room with what was supposed to be a “City View” we couldn’t see anything from the badly deteriorated film over the windows. The bed was mediocre, and room smelled stuffy and wasn’t clean. Had a kind of dingy look to it. Old and antiquated. It was however quiet for the most part, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

While the staff was very courteous, our room was unacceptable. We did not have any windows, which is a building code violation in many cities and states, but apparently not New Orleans. The room also smelled of stale cigarettes. We requests a partial refund in writing and my phone but never received a response. Will not be staying here again.

Room was nothing like online pictures room was very old and outdated. Rug had red stains curtains had holes stayed there and still had to pay $50 per day valet. Had hair in shower and in sink greasy substance on end table and headboard water dripped whole time from shower and ran constantly from the sink. I was very unhappy and disappointed will never stay again.
