Breakers East by Southern Vacation Rentals

We stayed in unit 401 and oh my goodness it's absolutely one of the most beautiful condos I've ever visited, and not only that, it was so well equipped with everything you need and more! The interior design is literally stunning and the ocean views were breathtaking! The ocean facing patio extends the entire length of the condo offering floor to ceiling ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. The beach is just steps away and so private and peaceful, like you have your own private island! I knew from the photos this place was nice but wow, we were blown away once we arrived. Family of 6 with 4 adults and 2 kids. Sleeps 9 people we had so much room and everyone had their own space. You can't go wrong here! Book it now!

Please do not book through this company. We stayed at Breakers East room 404. The condo is nice, but this company is awful. We had a plumbing issue the first day we got there and were unable to get into the condo until a couple hours later. We were never contacted saying that our condo was ready and we could go inside. Once we did go in the condo the smell of sewer was unbearable. We tried contacting someone but no one would help with anything. They said that if we wanted to go and buy our own air freshener they would reimburse us. They claimed that someone came to our condo and sprayed air freshener, but that was not true. We were never offered any type of reimbursement and they wouldn’t even bring us air fresheners. Never received an apology or anything. When we talked to customer service asking for some type of reimbursement they told us to cross our fingers for one. Super unprofessional and disrespectful. All around worse experience I have had at the beach and will never be staying here again.

Absolutely loved this place. Had everything we needed. Great location with plenty of room with an amazing view of the ocean. I can’t wait to go back.

Room was nice and big and the room layout was spot on. The air conditioning definitely needed serviced and all attempts seemed futile to contact maintenance to assist our party in the situation.

Nice place. Stayed four nights in June in a 2br that says sleeps 10. $2200. Reasonably clean and good setup. Pickleball courts were wide open the whole time which we frequented. BIG DOWNER was the elevator; hot crowded and one of the two was not working half the time.
