Budget INN At The Heavenly Gondola

Place was clean and mostly it was very quiet .

Friendly staff, clean room, refrigerator and microwave over, hair dryer, coffee maker, lots of pillows on the comfortable bed.

With parking now a problem at Heavenly because you can't park on Ski Run Blvd anymore, the free parking with walking to Gondola is great.

Great location.

Been staying for many years since my kids were young. Best deal for the location. I always book here for last minute snowboard trips when theres a storm and good conditions. Across from the gondola lift, close to all restaurants and shopping at heavenly village.

Staff was very welcoming; provided early check in and parking while skiing.

Very old rooms with no new techlogical updates like usb charging, no exhaust in bathroom, poor quality soaps etc.Room with just basics but with a high price due to location.

The locatoin was beyond imagination. Very quite and comfortable. For the price it was better than many pricy hotel we stayed. Vey very happy. I will comback. The staff were very nice.

When we first got there Javier the front receptionist kept saying we did not have a reservation even tho I showed him our confirmation he told me multiple times there is no reservation so we asked for a manger and right away the manager found our reservation also we haves for the room to be cleaned in the morning and left the hotel when we returned the sign of do not disturb was hung on the door that we did not put there and the room was not cleaned we called again for them to clean the room and all they did was make the beds very terrible service they didn’t even restock when they cleaned the room we had to come down and ask for supplies

Great location close to Stateline and all the activities. Shopping and dining options close by, as well as within walking distance of a nice beach at the lake. For the price, this has to be the best deal in Tahoe.

They charged us $10 in cash for room service which they did not do. And they did not refund the $10. The office smelled. The room was not very clean. The entire room was outdated. Some of the steps on the stairs were slanted and we almost fell.

The water didnt get very hot. My room looked NOTHING like the photos. Old and needed remodeling. I got a king and they gave me a double queen. No wifi

Although this place could be classified as a 1 Star Motel, it could’ve been a much better experience had the 2 hotel staff on duty were more attentive to servicing guests. Our room did not have even the basics such as a box of Kleenex tissue, no towels for 2, the microwave did not work and no parking available. The woman instructed me that it’s okay to park my car across the street at Harvey’s where it was clearly posted, “For Harvey’s Guest Only, Your Vehicle Will Be Towed” But she insisted it’s okay to park there. When calling the front desk and asked if they can deliver the Kleenex, towels and help figure out the problem with the microwave, the male staff member stated they don’t offer this service (our room was literally 7 doors away from the office where the couple of staff members were found couped up in the back room with doors shut just behind the front counter when I arrived to pick up items. Both the male and woman at the front desk come out explaining they don’t offer this room service (even when no towels nor tissue Kleenex were available). This trip was a last minute decision on a Labor Day weekend, I expected, and was ready and willing to pay for the Top $$$ price of $400+. for the room, but I would’ve at least expected to be provided with the basics and for “a little” customer service by the 2 staff members on duty. They were Lazy to do as little as possible other than to be couped up in the back room. I would not return nor recommend to anyone.

We totally understand that this establishment is an older establishment but some things should be replaced instead of just painted over. A little better quality of pillows can go a long way. Investing a little more for it to be worth what their nightly was.

Overall it was a nice place to stay in
