It was easy to check in, the room smelt very clean but there was black mold in the bathroom ceiling and the headboard feels on me and my husband othen than that is was ok

Check in was fast but the guy said he didn’t think I would make my flight in the morning and laughed about it. I did make my flight. I wanted to take a bath in the bathroom but saw a baby cockroach and started panicking about the room and my belongings.

To start never swtched my room no shower curtain DIRTY sheets no clean towels the whole time I was there. pipe under sink fell apart. I asked the front desk to come look at it n he didn't .I complained several times. I asked to speak with the
manager they said he will be there the next day. Next day came and went and still no manager. I tried to resolve this myself but I couldn't. So I called expedia but they weren't much of a help either If I had to rate stay it would be 2 just for convenience .If I had to rate expedia I would rate their service 2.5 because someone actually answered the phone when you called.
