My stay was very pleasant. I called ahead with a few questions and the young lady was very informative and patient with my inquiries. Upon arrival I was welcomed in to warm smiles and the front desk clerk went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my room. She literally escorted me to assure satisfaction. I love the text communication option and the attentiveness to needs requested. Overall this has been the best experience I’ve had during travel in a very long time and I highly recommend this location! Breakfast was fresh and very tasty and they were very accommodating with my exit needs. I plan to return with my family.

When we walked in, the staff started giggling. Random people walking around property. Walls are very thin. We could hear every step and discussion of the room above us. There are several hotels in the area, and I wish we would have picked another one..

From the moment I checked in, I felt
genuinely welcomed. The staff are helpful and friendly, from David, Constanza and Astrid at the front desk to the restaurant/bar staff to the housekeeping staff, they all made my stay so stress-free and relaxing. I am a cleanliness fanatic and found the rooms and property to be well maintained. I highly recommend this hidden gem.

Nice and clean hotel. The people at the front desk are very cordial, helpful, and respectful. They are some of the nicest hospitality people that I’ve met and demonstrate kindness to everyone. The room I had was very quiet. It was also very clean. I recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Very limited. No continental breakfast, small pool, chaotic clean up from rooms where you see massive bags of garbage by elevators when being done. Seems to lack origination that most major hotels have. Nice rooms but will be using a different location in the future.
