Good location and interesting property from an architecture standpoint. Management was kind but this hotel was clearly understaffed during our stay. I feel the place requires a bit more attentions in terms of maintenance and service overall.

Nice hotel

The hotel is very nice, the staff are warm and friendly. The shuttle driver "Bob" super guy. Very helpful. My only compliant is the rugs in the room needed to be cleaned, and the bathroom towels were tattered. Wish they had some vegan options at the two locations to eat at onsite.

Check in was 4pm and room was not available until 4:30, chaotic lobby and dirty carpet in the room . Would not come back to this property

As a Hilton Gold Member, I had high expectations for my stay at the Canopy Hilton in West Palm Beach, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. Over my 3-night stay, there were no towels in my room for two of the nights, and I had to repeatedly call the front desk to address the issue. Despite my loyalty status, the staff seemed completely indifferent and offered no sense of urgency or care. To make matters worse, housekeeping skipped cleaning my room entirely on one of the days, which added to the frustration. When I brought up these issues, the staff’s apathetic attitude was shocking, and there was no attempt to resolve the situation or acknowledge the inconvenience. As a loyal Hilton guest, this experience fell far below the standard I’ve come to expect. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone seeking a comfortable or well-managed stay.

The staff was super friendly. Whoever we walked into was very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival in our room we tried to lay on the bed and found ourselves in a whole. The mattress was overused and didn’t have any shape anymore. We asked for another room with a better bed and they did switch us. The new rooms bed was better however it was not as clean. We found black long hair everywhere and there was rice left overs by the toilet which made me wonder why there was food around the toilet. Other then that we slept great, it was quite and the room is spacious. Staff was very nice!

The hotel is trendy, but the quality was sub par in comparison to other hotels nearby in the same price point. The room has zero ventilation, pillows are huge making sleeping uncomfortable, paper thin walls, and no privacy with sliding bathroom doors that don’t lock or stay closed.

Pool Ed closed for entertainment and there were NO BLANKETS on the bed. It was freezing in room!

Great hotel with friendly staff. Only a few minor points. Charcoal based toiletries smell like you were in a campfire. No complimentary water. A questionably clean reusable glass milk jug to fetch water from down the hall is a little ridiculous. Masquerading it as “eco” rather than cost savings is an insult. These two little things would make me consider alternate accommodations at a Marriott with price point and location being similar.

Had a great experience even before we got there. The front desk was very helpful. They have a shuttle transport you around nearby areas very accommodating. Looking forward to coming back to this hotel again.

Great place to stay, public parking overnight is relatively nearby so not a big issue, outstanding rooms and amenities

The Canopy is beautiful! We had a wonderful time! We got off the Brightline train and walked just a few nice blocks to check in. They held our luggage since we were early and we explored City place on bikes for lunch and shopping. When we came back to check in, they had already put our luggage in our room... nice touch. The room was large and clean and super comfortable with a great view of the city. We enjoyed the rooftop pool which has a connected restaurant and bar. The walkway around the pool is narrow, but the seating was adequate. There is a view of the ocean in the distance on one side. The Service was 7 out of 10. I only say that because we had to ask 4 times for pool towels. We ate breakfast in the downstairs restaurant, that is created to be like underground, like under a huge tree, in a cool way. Food was delicious and they had healthy options. We always look for Canopy hotels wherever we travel.

Lovedddd the hotel! It’s simply beautiful and bed was so comfy. The bar in the terrace was amazing! I would stay again in a heartbeat! The only thing was that I did not realized parking was not included and it’s pretty pricey, specially if you are bringing 2 cars. Between parking the 2 cars a tip for the guys was an extra $102 for the night.
