LOVE this hotel. This was our second time staying and it's on our list of trusted hotels in the area. Great staff, great rooms, breakfast that ends at a decent hour. Our latest room had a few flaws(shower knob hard to turn, toilet took forever to flush) but nothing major.

Hotel was ok except that in the days that I stayed the elevator was out of service and it couldn’t be that bad except that they gave us ( me and my daughter) a second floor room all the way in the back and since we traveled with our small dog we have 3 large, heavy suitcases and 3 medium size bags and of course it was a pain bring everything up and down by ourselves using the stairs

I read a lot of reviews and did my research before booking 2 rooms. The rooms, although a bit bare, were very functional. It was a 20 minute walk to the Disney entrance on flat ground. There is a Dennys, taco bell and ampm all within 5 minutes walking. A uber for 6 people was approximately 10 dollars, so if you had tired legs or wouldn't break the bank. The staff ẁere all great.
Things i was sad about was i was freezing the first couple of nights. The king room with a wall and sitting room was great for my husband and i cause he wakes up so early. But the heater was in the front room and the heat didn't make it to the bedroom with the door shut. There was a fan that might have pushed it through, but it was loud.
The second thing that might have been nice was a rotation of breakfast foods. We stayed for 7 nights the the limited selection of food was tiresome after a while.
Overall, it suited the purpose and all were happy

I’m 72 yr old person elevator was out of service i had a hard time climbing stairs. Elevator should be functioning all the time. Bad issue to deal with it.

The room was great. There is no problems with the room. Everything is clean up-to-date up to code no problems at all, but there is a big concern when it comes up to continental breakfast.. They only feed you toast and juice that was very disappointing for the amount of money that you guys are gonna be spending on this hotel, other hotels do not do this, but unfortunately at this hotel that I had stayed in did I asked the ladies there if there was any egg sausage, bacon they said no this is it just toast and juice and cereals!

The floor was disgusting. Looks like it had not been swept or mopped in a while. My kids got of the shower and their feet were black within a few minutes or walking around the room.
There were also dirty handprints on the wall in the bathroom.
Very disappointed. Will probably never stay here again.
