This was a wonderful hotel. It's fairly new. Checkin was fast and efficient. Room was excellent. Bed was comfortable and clean. I did not eat at the restaurants but they looked wonderful

I booked two rooms for us and our father. Both rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the onsen and sake bar. The staff were very kind and friendly. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would love to return to the hotel someday soon.
One thing that bothered our elderly father was that he couldn't figure out how to turn on the water for the rain shower. I knew how to use this type of shower, so we went to his room and showed him how to use it. However, for elderly guests, it might be helpful to have a sign explaining how to operate the rain shower, especially since the shower head was not positioned directly above the bathtub.

Great stay. Very clean and nice. Hotel staff was wonderful. I didn’t catch their name but the front desk agent was incredibly helpful when I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the heat. It helps if you don’t set your belongings on top of the remote! Wonderful stay

We loved staying at Cedartree. It's probably our favorite hotel stay in recent years. It was clean, quiet, and peaceful. We loved the large rain shower and bidet in room. The bed was very comfortable. The only tricky thing was figuring out the heater. We had to look up the manual to learn how to use the remote to control it.

I really enjoyed the Japanese experience- from the onsen pools to the koi pond and the unique items in the gift shop. The staff were welcoming and very interested in providing the best experience. Overall a wonderful stay!

The rooms and beds were comfortable. This is clearly a newer hotel and staff go out of their way to be helpful, polite, and attentive. The restaurant food was pretty good but the space itself lacks some ambiance. The Japanese-style curry pork cutlets for breakfast were out of this world delicious!! I've been dreaming about it since we checked out five days ago! (We actually live somewhat locally so I might make the 30-minute drive just to get that again!)
