I didn't like not being able to easily contact the Chula Vista Inn. I had to contact Expedia for them to call this phone number for me. I phoned them several times but was unable to phone them. It would be nice to receive an email to confirm my hotel stay.
My purpose to stay at this hotel was to utilize CBX this next morning and fly out of Tijuana Airport.
Everything worked out in the end, but I was quite worried until I reached this property to confirm my reservation.
Thank you, and YES I will definitely stay there again.

The surrounding of the hotel is very convenient with restaurants, liquor, stores, gas station, etc. The room I stay was ok with cleanliness

This is the second time staying here but this time with my girlfriend
I loved it the first time so much i had to bring her here
It had everything we needed from enough pillows for both of us and a tv with lots of channels, to a properly working ac and an actual table to dine at with a comfy bed we both were comfortable on and all the stores/fast-food/restaurants available around us
Plus staff are nice and friendly

First room dirty and no towels, god changes to other room with towels but still dirty, dint eve sweep floor our mop, it was late at night and just stayed there because we were tired and need some sleep, noise over night , not coming back at all there

My teenage daughter and I got a late start heading to Tijuana. We ended up reaching the boarder around 1am and checked in to get some sleep before crossing in the morning. Staff was so kind. Rooms are spacious, but not fancy. They do have a microwave and a mini fridge which was great as we had left overs. We'd stay again before or after crossing.

The tile was coming and the heater did not work. We asked for more blankets and had to get them ourselves. The furniture was old. Overall the site is not maintained. Management had one excuse after another. All other hotels were booked.
