I WAS A NICE PLACE TO STAY FOR THE PRICE. NOTHING FANCY. THEY HAD NO BREADFAST OFFERED. THE RESTAURANT BREADFAST WAS CLOSED LIKE 9AM OR SOMETHING.

We booked this room late in the day and told them we had two small dogs. They charged an extra fees for BOTH dogs (which we paid.). I’ve never had a hotel charge for 2 small dogs before. (How do 2 10 lb dogs for which the provide NO service, cost the hotel more than one 30 lb dog.)
In the AM, a different front desk attendant wouldn’t sign us out until he’d checked to make sure we’d payed the fee. When has a hotel ever not charged for everything when you check in? All in all, felt very unwelcome.

Stayed one night, the room looked clean, but the furniture looked worn out and peeling, and the toilet was not flushing. We got moved to another room. The second room was better, with a working toilet, but the lampshades had tagging and were ripped, the furniture also looked worn out. The ambience of the place needs to be improved over all.

omg where do I start? stained walls and furniture, no working room phone (cuz they prolly don’t want anyone to call and complain,, no smart tv just cable with bad reception,, no recycling, no gym, no hot tub; asked them not to clean the room and they came in anyway but all they did was make the bed, didn’t replace towels, coffee, tp, etc,,,,emptied garbage but didn’t throw out spent pizza box or food and coffee wrappings,,wine forts got there there were still old coffee grounds in coffee pot,, charge for lobby coffee! had to go down to front desk multiple times to get coffee for the room and they kept sending a guy who was sleeping on lobby chair with a hooters cup at his side to get it and he kept coming back w decaf even this I told them regular! no one at front desk most of the time , shower shifts between hot ad cold, mold in grout in tub,, gross. Place is gross , don’t stay here.

Have stayed here many times in the past few years, but it needs some sprucing up. I asked to have my toilet seat fixed twice after I almost slipped off of it, to no avail. (Only had one post attached.) Laundry didn't work. Some major networks weren't clear. Very dirty outside. Didn't they use to serve breakfast? Disappointing stay.

This was a terrible stay. My shower did not work. Hairdryer was broken. Phone also broken could not phone for help. Hooters was next to hotel. Very seedy. I want my money back.

After our flights were canceled, we spent 3 hours getting a rental car. We checked into the hotel at 3 a.m. with 4 people in each room. Phone in room not working, was told they had no bedding for the pull out bed. Had to send someone down to make sure we got bedding. You can’t expect guests to sleep on a hotel mattress with no bedding, blankets, or pillows. Luckily he found some or he would have been going to the store to purchase some cause you can’t expect someone to sleep on that mattress. The king beds also were broken. One had a huge sag on the end where it felt like I was going to roll out of the bed. Then after getting to bed at 4 am, the guy at the front desk knocked on our door until we answered to ask if we were checking out that day! He knew we didn’t go to bed until late but knocked on our door. Would never stay here again! Customer service is very lacking. Please find somewhere better to stay.
