This was an extremely inexpensive hotel. I admit I was concerned with cleanliness for the price, but was very impressed. The bed was clean and comfortable, hot and cold breakfast items, coffee! Modern amenity touch's update the rooms, cold pool and warm hot tub. Very good overall for the price. Amazing staff!!!

Check-in was awesome. The room is clean and immediately usable. Food within walking distance. Got more than I bargained for for this price.

The first day the bathtub got clogged, I went to ask them to fix it and left the hotel, when I returned at night it was still the same, the beds were wobbly and were not made of water, they changed my room. The girl on staff got super aggressive because I claimed a $25 fee and immediately wanted to call the police.

The staff was very nice, the room key card stopped working constantly, the hot tub was not work pr well kept, the room wasnt throughly cleaned, there was hair on the beds and stains. stains on the bathroom door. The beds are a boxspring matress combo in one and are one of the most uncomfortable beds ive ever slept in. Very disappointed. Would not recommend. The free breakfast is not worth it.

The area in general was not the best, (expected as we were not familiar with the city) my 2 children’s not feel comfortable and felt unsafe. The tv did not work and although it was necessity, we planned to be there for 2 days and that would not be accommodating situation. Unable to move rooms and could not guarantee when the 1 property maintenance guy could come and fix it. Rochelle at the front desk was lovely and felt bad there was more she could do. I just expect to get my deposit back soon as we left 20 minutes after we arrived.

The room was okay but the hotel itself seemed disorganized. Our keycard stopped working randomly so we had to go to the office to get that fixed. We spent 2 days at the hotel and never had our room cleaned even though we saw the cleaning service cleaning other rooms. The listing said "good" breakfast, which was just a waffle station, cereal, and sausages. You definitely get what you pay for.

The stay was terrible I booked 2 rooms in which they failed to accommodate placing the rooms next to or even nearby each other . The rooms were on opposite sides of the building which was a huge inconvenience. There was no room service instead I was instructed to go to the front desk in order to recieve clean sheets and towels. One of the rooms had a broken ac unit and had to be changed and instead the front desk agent insisted to send a maintenance man to repair it while in my room in which one never came. The hot tub was luke warm. And there were bugs in the bathroom.

outside of every room has tape all over, appearance is very ghetto. Inside of rooms are ok, but towels and sheets have stains on them. Room had coffee but no coffee machine. Free breakfast is a joke, they ran out of almost everything and no room to sit at tables. I guess it is what it is, you get what you pay for.

I NEED A REFUND!
Room was horrible, very was rusty and not CLEAN.
I slept in my clothes and covered the pillow with a shirt!
I found public hairs inside the sheets and there were some dark spots on top of the covers. Please see pictures!
I need a 100 % refund!

The room was extremely dark, horrible pillows, the covers where super thin, without the air it was cold, a noisy refrigerator, the vanity lights suck and all the room lights, couldn’t see anything trying to get dressed and put makeup on, it’s super ugly outside but the room is pretty and great front desk employee, other than those things that they can improve it was fine

Good customer service and clean room. Dislikes: not having enogh towels available. No shower curtain in the bathroom. They gave us access to an occupied room that had a very strong smell of M. It was very scary and unsafe getting into someone else room, we were glad the guests were not in the room.
