This was not a cheap room so it was pretty disappointing that it was noisy (even when I turned the aircon off) dated, tired and not especially clean.

Receptionist was kind my only big complaint is that I was calling for the shuttle n the answer machine keep sending me to call front desk an nobody will answer so I ended up getting a Taxi to the hotel and coffe here is terrible

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to. The room was in awful condition and needed to be scrubbed and renovated. The staff ignored us when we arrived and while we were waiting to check in, even though nobody else was in line. Then the gentleman seemed annoyed when we asked if we could check in. The only good thing was the free airport shuttle and the nice lady running the gift shop. That’s it. I would never stay here again. (Also be aware that the advertised shuttle to the port is not free, and it’s extremely unorganized and chaotic. We ended up taking a cab.)

New person at desk didn’t know what she was doing. Took forever to get checked in. She told us the wrong way to go to our room. She needs to be trained better. Rooms are odd numbered in one area of hotel and even numbered are in a different location. Very strange.

I understand that the wait time increased due to a group of guests, but I wish more staff could have been added to handle reception at the counter. Also, it’s disappointing that there wasn’t even a word of apology or explanation to the customers waiting for an hour.

After a long and exhausting flight, we were made to wait over an hour to check in. When it was finally our turn, we were completely dismissed and ignored by front desk staff despite standing right in front of their faces. This lack of service and blatant disregard for our time and patience was unacceptable and left us feeling deeply frustrated and disrespected.
As a result of this experience, we chose to leave the property. While waiting for over an hour to check in, we contacted Experian to document the issue and inform them of the situation. Given that the team failed to provide the level of service expected and outlined in the agreement, l requested a full refund for our booking which Expedia claimed the hotel agreed to. However, no updates on this whatsoever after 3 days already passed.

The staff are amazing! 5 stars. The property itself is a bit rundown. Definitely needs renovations. Stayed here because I had a long layover in MIA and this was the most reasonable priced hotel in the area
