Our room had several lady bugs in it. The breakfast was open from 7:30-9am however when I checked in the front desk couldn’t tell me the breakfast hours. The pillows were uncomfortable. None of the stairwell trashes or ash trays were emptied so in addition to trash on the ground it smelled like stale cigarettes.
The shampoo and conditioner were halfway full making me suspect they are left from last guest. Odd number of towels.
I’d been here years ago and was impressed, not anymore.

This hotel was booked last minute due to an issue at a previously booked hotel. The staff was polite and our room was clean. The only issue we had was we paid for a king bed with an extra bed and no one ever came and brought the extra bed. By the time we got back to the room late at night due to Christmas festivities at SDC we were to exhausted to call and wait for staff to bring it.

The bath tub was dirty. We didn’t get to room till late from attending a planned event. Tub had dirt in it. We never had been in tub. It was too late and too tired to complain at that point. Toilet made horrible loud screeching when flushed. Bed was comfortable and pool was good. Continental breakfast not good and long lines. Don’t know if we would stay there again. I did not get to stay at this property. I used Expedia.com to book this trip. I was never informed that I wouldn't be able to cancel this trip because it was a "special winter booking". I will never stay here, or use Expedia again.

We requested a linen change and a different coffee pot because ours wasn't working. They never brought a different coffee pot and we happened to catch a member of the cleaning staff and she did change the linens upon request. The continental breakfast accommodations were tiny with very limited choices. One of our party was in a wheelchair. Our room was at the very back of the hotel at the bottom of the hill. This hotel could have cared less.

It took almost an hour to figure out the tv problem then switch the tv.the coffee machine unable to get it to work no instructions.so we spent over an hour just to get the staff to take care of it. my wife gets so mad.
I thought breakfast was provided to find out. It’s only continental breakfast, but I wasn’t told that.

Possible bed bugs, had red marks on our arms. Appear to have small bugs in bed. If you have to stay here, do not stay in the lower tower. Staff not all that helpful. could not get our money back. 70's era motel. We usually have good luck with Clarion hotels, but not this time.

The bed was uncomfortable the noise from the fridge and the toilet ran constantly some other noise coming out of the heating and air we left at 12:30am and went back home overall bad experience

The staff was wonderful. Signs said breakfast was from 7 am - 9 am. We went down at 730am for breakfast. No breakfast. There were other people who came down for breakfast. Lady at the desk said breakfast has a new time of 9am!! Why? I’m thinking people have moved onto their day by now and it will be less people to feed.

We have stayed here several times in past most likely will look for something different next time. We always stayed in main building but this time was to the back. Room was clean and beds were good. We had no wash clothes in room, our toilet made a very loud noise everytime we flushed it. We had no wash clothes in our room, walls were thin. We were at pool Saturday no towels with several there, my husband called desk and was told they call maintenance, 30 minutes later left with no towel to dry off..
