Nice hotel reasonable price. Only issues pillows not comfortable and with my hearing aids in i couldnt hear the TV and the closed captioning was useless it was mostly a string of nonsensical letters. There are much better closed captioning services out there

friendly front staff, easy check-in, clean room, unfortunately shower curtain had someone else's hair on it. looks like the service at hotels in general is getting worse for hair in the showers. It's happened in other places as well. Otherwise nice hotel! not amazing, not bad. equidistant to ice skating at Boston Common and South Station
