Wonderful check in by hostess named Lia. Very friendly and helpful. Great room facing airport and runway from 5th floor. My second time here, and will keep coming. Very convenient to SEATAC. Can take the shuttle or walk 5-10 minutes.

This is an hotel for airport travelers. It is very convenient to airport and offers 24 hour shuttle service! They will even pack a bagel or such if you are leaving early, such as 3 am, which is just very nice
Room was extremely spacious…much larger than a typical hotel, checking in & out was super quick and easy, with friendly folks running the desk and the shuttle. There are several restaurants and fast food available very near.
I recommend this hotel absolutely for anyone needing a hotel right before or after a flight

Top marks for service. Shuttle driver and front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Room had everything we needed for one night in transit. We had an early departure so they gave us a breakfast to go bag.

The front desk staff were very kind and accommodating. Parking was plentiful. The hotel is an older property. Directly next to the airport and very noisy day and night. Front desk did have earplugs which helped a little. I was unable to use my dining credit as a VIP member because the restaurant was closed which I was unaware of when I booked the hotel. I was disappointed with my stay overall.

We have stayed here for years when travelling. The blinds in the room.. not sure if new.. are see through so both stays we were facing back with trains running in view and 24hr lights n business. so room was very bright. they need tto change that.

Every thing was good. The only exception was at breakfast. They only offered hard boiled eggs. No scrambled or bake.
