They were very accommodating for our unexpected late arrival. Staff was so friendly. Conditioner was empty in the shower. Panhandler in parking lot - staff was aware and told her not to be on property.

Soon as I arrived I received a surprise $150 charge for security deposit. There was a lot of foot traffic in the parking lot and police sirens every few minutes.

The walls are paper thin!! When we were trying to go to sleep after midnight it sounds like there were a Heard of elephants above us!! Then at 630 in the morning it sounded like someone was coming through our wall!! The only good thing about the hotel was the super nice check in lady!! She was so nice and personal!! We were happy to see her in the morning when we checked out!! She’s so friendly!!

The hotel is fine but it was so loud and I could not sleep until after 2:00 a.m. as other guests upstairs were stomping around. The soundproofing is not effective.

Lady at desk was awesome checking me in, had a small issue but she took care of it with no issues. Room was clean, they are updating things in the rooms it appeared. Being alone I did feel safe but was cautious. I walked to the gas station next door and to White Castle next to the gas station with no issues. Parking was great. Breakfast was great as well. I would recommend this place.

The property was very clean and the room was really quiet. There were no distractions from the other rooms. I had no parking issues at all. The staff were all super friendly and I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Cincinnati

Parking on this site is ridiculous, each night the staff has to help stack cars in the lot to fit everyone.
The entire hotel has a smell of deep mold within the walls. It is musty, damp, and smells of chemicals trying to conceal the issues.
The staff was very nice though.
