Comfort Inn & Suites

Hotel was a little older than expected. Bathroom was not cleaned well and hotel overall could use some updating. Breakfast was good.

Helpful staff, nice room, close to restaurants and mall. Quiet and clean. Will stay there again the next time.

Our room was extremely dirty. We had trash still on the nightstand from the previous guests.

The room wasn't cleaned very good, the pull out bed from the sofa was broken, and trash up under it. The elevator was in need a service, a really bad pop and jolt when going above the 2nd floor, elevator door sensors not working. Saturday morning sounded like a race track on the freeway.

I arrived on a trip from another state to learn my reservation, which was booked through a third party had been cancelled per the hotel rep. This lead to a lengthy wait and multiple calls before I could check in after a flight across country. Very frustrating, especially with confirmed booking on my end and the end of the third party. The hotel pointed blame while I suffered the uncertainty of check-in with a paid for booking. Once in my room, the hotel condition was average with no major concerns about the stay. Would definitely second guess a future stay due to this experience. However, the housekeeping staff was amazing and very concerned with me having all my room needed during my stay! Kuddos to such an amazing team!

Very nice staff. The gentleman who served breakfast was an absolute delight!! He was so kind to my grandchildren. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

No hot water had to shower with cold water, called front desk and maintenance guy was suppose to take care of it never did. Morning once again showered with cold water

We stayed just one night but everything was great.

The room was clean, staff members were friendly and mattresses were comfortable. There were more electrical outlets than I have seen in any hotel.

This was our first stay at a Comfort Inn in years. It was blissfully quiet and comfortable — a wonderful value!

The two king size beds was very comfortable The room was really big The only thing that I did not like there was no internet or no TV. And the shower head did not work They need to replace the shower head.
