Comfort Inn & Suites

Everyone was very nice & helpful. Food was hot & delicious.Room was very clean .All employees were very attentive to our comfort. We would recommend this place to our family & we have had some of our family stay there with us. We will be staying there next time we are in Dothan

The property was great but there was a lot of construction going on the streets around it

Our stay was ok with exception of our door keypad not working. It did work on our initial entry into the room. It was very difficult for the next couple entries. After that it didn’t work at all. I thought it might be the key cards so I ask clerk to reprogram., which she did. She said “I may want to try both cards at the same time. The thickness of the cards sometimes makes a difference. We have been having trouble with the card reader for that room.” The reprogrammed cards didn’t work. It was late enough into the evening I didn’t want to bother with any longer. I’m don’t know why anyone would be given a room without a questionable working keypad?? Everything else with the hotel was fine. We have stayed here several times and it has always been a good stay.

Property was difficult to get to because of major road construction. Hotel was quiet. Hotel was convenient to some shopping and restaurants. Service was great. Hotel was clean.

Loved our stay there! Would definitely come back. Road construction made it a little inconvenient but that won’t last long. Excellent stay! Very clean and bright! Choice of many places to eat. Awesome staff and service!!!

Night Clerk on Friday evening was very good

Three things cost this property 5 star rating: The second shift desk clerk is rude...and this isn't our first encounter with her. The AC unit in room 217 is very loud, and has not been repaired during the several times we have stayed in that room. The bed is on rollers and won't stay put!

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean-BUT the room key didnt work and the staff had to come up to the room everytime to get us in or out !!...they was no telephone, and after we left we needed to call the hotel and no one answered--we literally called for several days as an expensive sweater was left in the room---no one ever answered and we were unable to get a direct line into the hotel

We really enjoyed the room and the breakfast. I wish the pool was actually heated but the children loved playing in it anyways. The only complaint I have is that someone was smoking marijuana when we were there and after we returned to our room after being at church our room smelt like marijuana. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Only complaint was the indoor pool was freezing

We had reservations for Friday and Saturday nights. Due to a medical situation we didn't arrive until around noon Saturday only to find out that the property had cancelled our reservation (the reservation we could not cancel Friday morning!) and wanted to rent us the same room for fifty dollars more than we already had it rented for.

My only issue was having to sit in the lobby for a few hours until my ride was able to pick me up, because of an ealier late check out policy, I get it but it was a little inconvenient for me. Otherwise staff was really nice, It was clean. AND QUIET.

We'll lets start with noisy room 1st floor there for four days didn't get room service until 4th day very unhappy didn't do the breakfast not attractive bad stay

My room floor was sticky and they gave me the same room I had when I was there in May

I loved the stay. The only issue that we had was the door. They key cards would not work. The owner really needs to update they key entry system.

Decided to pass on breakfast. It looked ok, but I wanted a little different.

My door didn’t work so we would take 2-5 min to try and get into our room every time. The air conditioning wouldn’t automatically shut off so you were either freezing through the night or wake up in sweats from no air at all.

All was as expected. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. It was in a good location for our needs.
