Room door was difficult to open and close. Chair in the corner was dirty and had a strange odor. Bed, bath and sink area was clean. Bathroom door didnt close. Room was very cold, hvac unit was extremely old and didnt work proper to heat the room. Lamp on desk didnt work. Fridge and microwave worked well.

They are renovating so I’m gonna take it easy on them. But the floor were gross, the hot tub had chunks of something floating around and the pool area was freezing cold.

Front desk was wonderful when we checked in. We got in late at night and she was still friendly as ever. The first room we were put in smelled like smoke so she was able to happily move us to a different room with no issue. Room was good! Price is great. Would stay here again!

This property is full of extremely used furniture dirty stained carpets, all the wood furniture is marked up, the smell of cigarettes throughout the whole building

My best description of this property is "mixed." There are a lot of good things. It is clean. The breakfast was above average for a cheap hotel. The staff was friendly.
However, there are some issues. The computer desk chair in my room was in terrible condition. My parents stayed down the hall, and they had the same chair issue. It looks neglected in that regard.
The driveway into the property needs to be repaved. It was bumpy and flooded (there had been a lot of rain recently).

Second time staying and the service and room wasn’t better the second time around. Heat didn’t work, slept in my clothes. Carpet in room looks to have blood in the carpet. Door broken off closet door, refrigerator in room did not work. Employees brought kids to work so as their cleaning, kids running up and down the hallway. Switched rooms twice, nothing better. Super small bathrooms.

Could not set the cooling in the room low enough to sleep well at night; only went down to 67. TV was messed up and very dim. Faucet on sink wasn't stable. Bathtub was gritty. Service at the desk was good though, and everyone was friendly.
