Nice Stay but I saw 2 crazy looking bugs on the ceiling of the room and had to kill em so they wouldnt jump on us while we were sleeping, but besides the Buggy experience the Room was clean, bath was clean, No weird smells in room, Bed was clean soft & comfy, Hot tub was cool clean.

Wi-fi was terrible. I couldn’t get my work done in hotel. I explained this to mgmt. When I asked mgmt if I could just check out , get a refund for the remaining nights of the reservation , they said NO I would not recommend staying there

Clean, good staff service, only negatives were mattresses a little thin and hard, no exhaust fan in bathroom (don't eat mexican before going to the bathroom) so you either have to leave the door open so everyone can hear what's going on or suffer from a steamed up mirror and everything wet after shower (don't understand not having fans!). Water pressure could have been better. Only one restaurant in the area, fortunately it's a good restaurant and no need to drive into town.

Water pipes made lots of noise. I never got really good pressure which I like to wake up. Breakfast wasn't really good, bare minimal. Staff was Super nice! But needs some upgrades for sure.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The water pressure in the shower was weak. The pool was OK. They had a garden hose filling it with water while we were there, but the kids still had a great time. The complimentary breakfast left a lot to be desired. The food was bland.

Hotel was great but jacuzzi yets did not work front desk told us to pack up and move to another room but the other room was unavailable so a waste of money because that’s why I booked the room housekeeping beat on door early in am hours before check out breakfast was horrible I KNOW THIS REVIEW SEEMS BAD BUT HOTEL IS REALLY CLEAN & COZY minus few problems I had I would return

Everything was fine except for being charged $40per room to check in 90 min early even when our rooms were ready. We left four hours early so I guess I should get an $100 refund per room.
