The staff is fantastic.

We were evacuated from the west coast of Florida during Hurricane Milton and we were so grateful for our stay at Comfort Inn. We stayed dry, slept on a pretty comfy bed and had electricity the whole time. The staff was friendly and helpful in spite of the craziness. They did the best they could. They served a sizable breakfast both mornings although the food wasn’t great. The place needs updating and fixing. It has seen years of wear and tear. It was a non-smoking hotel which was a bonus.

The costumer service was very rude, especially when at the end of our stay, we discovered a stain on the bottom of the fitted sheet, where the feet usually are. We did NOT make the stain, as we never drank any heavy or staining liquids. We quickly informed the front desk without any intent of them returning us any money and they were quick to charge us for the damages we had not done. As soon as I saw the charges for $100 for a simple fitted sheet, I called the hotel and the lady at the front desk hung up on us the moment she knew what the reason for the call was.

The receptionist at check in was horrible!!! She must have had a horrible day because all i did was ask about a charge. She then very impatiently accused me of disrespecting her, and if i wasn't happy i should leave and find another hotel at 11 pm with my special needs daughter. The room was very humid and dirty.

My aunt and I checked into the property on October 5, 2024. After settling into our room, we went to the pool, only to be met with loud screaming and swearing. Initially, I considered calling the front desk, but when a physical fight broke out, I called the police instead. Numerous officers arrived while we sheltered in the pool area, terrified by the chaos around us. As the fight continued, more families with young children entered the pool area. I felt compelled to pull aside a teenage girl who was with her little sister to keep them safe. Other parents also called the police, and we all waited anxiously, witnessing even more officers arrive and chase the individuals involved in the brawl. It was a frightening experience, and we felt very unsafe. After the situation escalated, we decided to return to our room and check out, feeling that we could not stay in such an environment. As two women in our early 30s, we were particularly concerned about our safety. When we requested a full refund due to the unsafe conditions, the front desk manager refused and insisted we would still be charged if we checked out. Additionally, the state of the room was unacceptable. Everything was stained—the towels, bath mat, and pool towels. There was black hair in the bathroom that didn’t belong to either of us, and we found dead bugs on the curtains, which were also broken. This hotel is not only unsanitary but also shows a complete disregard for the safety and well-being.

The trip was fine other than the manager coming to my room and asking me if some random man could look around my room because there were no other available suites to view. If I'm actively staying in the room, then my room is not available to view either. I reluctantly agreed because she was at my door with the man and I felt pressured to do so but it left a bad taste in my mouth. She said "housekeeping" instead of "management" when she knocked. And I wondered if I wasn't present, would she have simply come in without my knowledge?

Staff was very professional

The room was not a great value for what we paid. I had stayed with choice in the past, I was hoping for the same experience. Rooms are older, things are falling apart. The bath mat was stained so bad that it should have been tossed out, water in the tub draind slow, the toilet paper was not replaced but we managed.

The property was falling apart . The toilet clogged on my son . We had to move rooms . There was dried gum on one of the bed pillows the other bed had square couch cushions. I slept awful and I just felt dirty being there .It was however a good location and the breakfast was better than expected .

Quiet stay. Clean rooms. Just wish the breakfast was at least until 10:00AM, other than that my party and I have no complaints.

Everything was great! Clean and comfortable, lots of parking space, everyone at the front desk was always nice and willing to answer to any questions, everyone was always nice. The breakfast has lots of options too. Will definitely be back!

Hotel Guest: Elcana Ellis Room 304 This hotel were very conveniently located in the Orlando area. The staff, management, and the owner was very superb in their demeanor and attitude. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends, family, business associates, and colleagues. Thank you so much for the nice hospitality of what a hotel should feel like that’s feeling comfortable and welcome.

Everything was fine here. The property is a little outdated, but worked for us since it was just somewhere to spend the night. Would have been better without the family in the room next to us shouting until 1am, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault (if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs or a white noise machine). The free breakfast was delicious!

Very comfortable room and great breakfast. Very close to the park, places to eat and shopping

We loved having a bed for everyone. The bunk beds were a nice feature! Something was very wrong with the air conditioner. The floor was very very wet in the morning and all our clothes and sheets were damp. Our books actually had water damage just from All the humidity in the air.
