The staff was friendly and kind. The hot tub is huge! Great pool area.
The room was a little dated but clean, the curtains were falling out of the ceiling and I had to see a chiropractor after staying in the very hard bed.

The beds were comfortable, the pillows were soft, the towels were nice, not scratchy, but the walls were thin and the children were loud and the babies were crying. You could hear everything.

I could not check in when I arrived. They were busy and the front desk man had to leave to take care of some tv’s. I had to be to ballgame so didn’t have time to wait. When I came back to check in they were still very busy. I did finally get checked in. I was given an handicapped room (which I had last time but didn’t say anything). I asked to be moved to a regular room which they could not do, they were full. Very disappointed in my stay. The front desk was really good and apologized. I think they need more help so he didn’t have to leave to do something else when he had people waiting.

I just wish their breakfasts were better. If they would use real eggs, alternate the meats (bacon would be nice once in a while), and get a better coffee maker, that would be nice.
