The bed was comfy, room was quiet, the breakfast wasn't very good. Eggs were probably from powdered, muffin was a bit stale. Only coffee available was in the lobby in a keurig type appliance that I had to add water to. No real cream for coffee

They upgraded us to a larger room because they messed up our reservation, whoch was great, but...the comforter on our bed had old blood stains. This left us questioning the cleanliness of the entire room.

Our only complaint is how low the toilets are. It was very difficult got off and felt like falling on the floor when getting on. For some seniors this is a big problem as it was for one of us. They need to be the 17" tall ones.

Stayed there for a week and every employee I had contact with was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. When I arrived before check in time they were very accommodating and I was able to check in early. Will definitely stay here again.

I needed a handicap room and the staff gave me a great room with very close parking. Made it much easier on me.
