My reservation did not state that I was reserving a handicapped room, but that is what we got. It was on the first floor and had parking lot noise as well as noise from the hallway. The sink has a crack in it. A good place to harbor germs. There is no counter space in the bathroom. I can’t recommend this particular location. Also, the desk clerk never smiled while we were interacting with her.

I got in at around 2 pm, I know that check in is at 3pm, I was going to ask if they would let us check in early but the desk clerk doesn’t even say hello, just started saying “check in is at 3, we don’t have any rooms ready “, and made us wait, when I came back close to 3, she said that they were short staffed. While I’m understanding that it’s hard when that happens I don’t expect people to be rude as it’s not my fault that it happens

Room was clean and fully stocked. Downside is that there were only stairs to 2nd floor. Trying to maneuver a full suitcase up/down was a challenge. Shower was super slippery so had to put a towel in the bottom so I didn’t die.

We had to wait for the front desk staff to come in from the parking lot where she was visiting a friend to check in. About an hour later she was doing someones hair in the lobby with brushes etc sitting on a table.

Second time staying here. Rooms are clean, beds are soft, pool is refreshing but their breakfast brought us back again. Biscuits and sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, cereal, bagels, danishes, bread, yogurt ... Yes, I know, sounds like most places but seriously those eggs are done perfectly and the rest are just fine quality.

stayed overnight on our way back home with my elderly mom. good amenities and accommodations. safe, comfortable and clean. the front office staff seemed nice. the breakfast staff person was just lovely and attentive. the biscuits and gravy, I'm told by my mom, were amazing.

This is an older hotel that has been upgraded.
They’ve done a great job making it be the best an hotel can be. It’s obvious that the owners care about their property, which is very refreshing.
