Comfort Inn Downtown Nashville - Music City Center

Paying to park was a first for me otherwise great property and location

“Sound proof rooms” this room was so loud, uncomfortable staff all extremely rude! Would never stay here again

They charged us $20 for parking which was unnecessary because we are renting a room just for the night. The bathroom sink was very low. It was very hard to wash up.

We arrived to Nashville earlier than expected. I called the hotel ahead of time asking about early check in. They told me my room would be ready around 1:15pm. We arrived and they let us check in, anticipating our room is cleaned and everything in working order. As soon as one of us used the bathroom, the toilet wouldn’t flush. Then went to use the bathroom sink and the sink was leaking and flooded the bathroom floor. We called the front desk and they moved us rooms immediately. Upon check out, the woman at the front desk asked how our stay was. I told her it was okay, but in the beginning was just a little frustrating. She asked why and I told her about it all. She then started yelling at me about how I checked in early and it was my fault. To the best of my knowledge, I shouldn’t have been allowed to check into that room if the toilet wasn’t working and the sink was leaking enough to completely flood the bathroom. Regardless of the early check in that SHE ALLOWED, those things should have been checked before I was allowed to check in to my room. That wasn’t my fault. I told her if early check in wasn’t an option, that was fine. She insisted on 1:15pm instead of 3pm. Then yelled at me at check out. I was FLABBERGASTED. The maintenance guy allowed me to make multiple trips to take our stuff to the new room. On the last trip, he started yelling at me to get out of the old room and go to my room, as he followed me and I had no choice but to shut the door in his face.

Proximity to downtown was good. Very run down exterior and room. Some rooms are being renovated, lots of construction noise. Pleasantly surprised with the included breakfast.

Great location. I was able to walk to 3different bars with live music.

The room was falsely advertised as having a "private indoor spa tub"

I've stayed here before and it's always been perfect. I'll be back next year.

Great price

Very happy with this hotel. Good location to both the Music Row restaurants and to Broadway. Very walkable. Breakfast was very tasty. Made to order omelets was a plus! Newly remodeled. Would stay again.

Staff very friendly - let us park there early day we checked in. Very clean and a yummy breakfast!

No hot water. Moved twice. Third time warm water. Noisy and terrible noise constantly. Working in rooms. Workers arguing in the walkways. Noisy occupants all night.

There was a problem with the room heat. The staff tried to fix and thought they did but was a constant issue.

This is a traditional style hotel that seems out of place right on the edge of downtown, with its fancier high rises. However, it's an affordable option for a somewhat expensive city. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You can walk to Bridgestone arena/Broadway/The Ryman...etc.

It was a good last minute stay

We had a very comfortable stay we felt safe and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was wonderful. They even have an omelette station. Everyone was very friendly. The beds were super comfortable. We will be staying here again in the future. I highly recommend this place.

Breakfast was “grab and go”. Had to take your eggs back to your room to eat. Not my favorite, but not the end of the world.

Continental breakfast was quite good.

The hotel it's self and the staff were fine. I think it's a bit ridiculous that after you pay for you room they charge you to park your car on premises feet away from the room. If it was a parking garage that wasn't on site may be different. Not sure I will stay here again because of that. Charging customers twice
