Comfort Inn Shreveport I-49

this place is still remodeling rooms but it will be very nice soon . Breakfast was not up to par as last time . Hopefully they do better next time we stay.

Have stayed here many times and have always been satisfied! Price is great and area is quite nice and safe!!

Xmas ruined and it started off with front desk asking for cash deposit of 100 and i never had no hotel ask for that and of course i said no you can use the card,then get to room there was a double hold on my card that front desk couldn't explain just keep saying youll get it back next week.i never had a front desk that didnt know how to make correct transactions now i have to limit my spending on xmas,i dont think im booking with comfort suites again.

The desk attendant was on her persanal phone throughout my checking in and the guy in front of me. No personal attention

loads of trash was outside the dumpster area and this is also near my room door! HORRIBLE view

When I checked in and got to my room the bed was not made. Had to wait for someone to come in and make up the room

The property is being revamped, walls are being painted, stairwells are being redone so there's the nailstrips, that hold where carpet once was, exposed. The gym and laundry were out of order due to painting supplies and tools being stored there. The rooms was nice and there are vents in the bathroom, but the halls were a mess.

Horrible place, I can’t believe a hotel chain would allow this kind of management. Dirty, filthy everywhere. Being renovated which I understand but this place is third world. I was booked on a floor where they were actively replacing the carpet. Room was lightly clean and TV reception reminded me of 1980 antenna. Everywhere was dirty, and it seemed that the contractors and workers were living in the hotel at the same time. What they are doing is strictly cosmetic, akin to lipstick on a pig. Avoid this dump at all costs.

The check in was great. Friendly staff. Room was clean. TV didn’t work. The mattress and pillows were incredibly firm. Overall, it was okay

Handicap shower leaked more water than it sprayed and the place is under construction.

If I could only share the pictures I took, the bathroom was very dirty. The staff didn't know the wifi or they flat out didn't have it. The entire building was under renovation. There was furniture EVERYWHERE including outside! There was new carpet unrolled in the parking lot. the pool was green. The owner should not be allowing people to stay here until it is finished. the gym had boxes, the front lobby had old furniture. the parking lot had old furniture. The bathroom had brown stuff around the fixtures. Motel 8 I bet is cleaner

It was being remodeled so it was not in the greatest of shape. Great service

The room was dirty including the bathroom. Found public hairs in n tub. Paint on the carpet, light fixtures were missing bulbs.
