Comfort Suites Auburn near I-69

Hotel was nice but smells like a weed factory on our floor.

Clean , nice and friendly staff and nice breakfast

Awesome room very clean smelled very good when I walked in people were really nice and I really enjoyed my stay and nice thing the ice maker was always working

Pull out couch had stained mattress. No sheets and no blankets. Had to go to desk to ask for items. Was told they had no extra blankets and given sheets. There was nothing they could do about the mattress.

Our room was right next to the pool, which was very loud during pool hours, both morning and night. There was a cockroach running around on the bar counter and I trapped under a cup. There was a drain pipe right outside our window and drained towards the building, resulting in the sound of running water all night. There was an exploded frozen diet pepsi in the refrigerator. The guests in the room above us jumped and crashed onto their floor until midnight when we reported them to the front desk. There was also a $150 additional hold put on my card upon arrival for incidentals and were not warned about the hold ahead of time and had not been charged during our previous stay the week before.

We enjoyed our over night stay. Everything was great.

Front desk associates were nice enough. The room could've been nice if they actually cleaned it. I noticed a funny smell immediately upon walking in. But it wasn't like mold or old furniture. It smelled like other people. I found hair that wasnt mine in the bed so they probably didn't even change sheets between stays. Everybody has their preference when it comes to beds. Imo these beds are way too hard. Really couldn't get decent sleep. I was here 2 nights and got no room service. Cleanliness could've made this a decent hotel.

Room was comfortable, and spacious. The pool was warm enough but lacked towels (we swam later in the evening though). The pool being open until midnight was a hit for the kids! We did not get to breakfast in time but had coffee in the lobby.

Dirty

The hallways were a little dirty, and pool wasn't clear--all else was good. Seems to need updating.

Breakfast was pretty basic; could have used more choices.

We have stayed in a lot of hotels in Auburn, but this one is the nicest

I stay here frequently. This was the first time that the room was not clean. The tub had soap scum. The sink had leftover toothpaste stains. I won’t talk about the toilet. Thankfully I always bring cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself.

Had an old fashioned rubber bath mat that made the shower much safer than most hotels that just have a pebbly texture in the tub, loved that. You didn't have to use it. But ee sure did. Good breakfast, walk to Walmart in 4 minutes.

The trash was left in the room from the previous guest. Open and half empty bottle of shampoo in shower. Sheets were dirty with looked like dried blood on them from someone’s open sores bleeding while they slept. It just seemed like the housekeeper came in and made the bed with the old sheets. I was not impressed whatsoever, but the front desk staff was very polite.

There were 5 lightbulbs out in my room. The bathroom lights were designed for two lightbulbs in each fixture, but only one was in place. The reading light on one of the beds was out.
