Comfort Suites Inn at Ridgewood Farm

The whole place is dirty and we had to wait and call the 1800 number a few times in order to check out. The room was dirty and falling apart. Wobblay fridge and toilet was about fall every time we used it. The whole space seems dirty including the carpet and walls floors etc.

This Room bathroom tub was clogged completely and i was unable to freshen up. Problem was reported but nothing happened

Overall it was sufficient but it could have been cleaner, the floors in the bathroom needed cleaning. The shower could use some work.

Hair in the drains, clogged the sinks, dirt on walls old chocolate on the blinds … bed smelled like outside

Far from our destination

When we got to our room, the WIFI was so weak our phones and the TV wouldn’t work. And the phone was dead even though it was plugged in. The lady at the front desk was very accommodating and quickly moved us to another room. Good service.

Very nice ! The walls inside the room need some repair and paint, but overall, everything was great!

Very nice-looking property and this is the second time we have stayed there and will most likely be there next month.

The only real negative is that the rooms smelled a little damp

I really like the property. However where I would park to get to my room it was poorly lit. Had to park in the front where I could t see my car

The staff was friendly and helpful. High traffic areas of the room were clean, and the beds were comfortable. We stayed one night and it was what we needed it to be as we were passing through town.

I have always chosen Comfort Inn when I travel as I thought the chain was consistent from one hotel to the next! Never again will I make that assumption! I stayed in two different Comfort Inns over the last three days during travel. One in Chambersburg, PA and one in Salem, PA. Both dirty and outdated! Awful! Not sure who is buying old hotels, slapping a “Comfort Inn” sign on the building and taking advantage of travelers who think they are staying at a Comfort Inn! $220/night! Yesterday morning I want to make coffee in my room only to discover I only had decaf. Went to call the front desk - NO phone in the room. Once I found the number for hotel, called the front desk from my mobile only to be told “we have coffee in the lobby”. I said I am in my pajamas and am not going to the lobby - had to tell her I wanted regular coffee packets brought to me room! She proceeded to hang up on me! Rooms did not get cleaned, overflowing trash cans from guest rooms placed in hallway and ice machine did not work! I will be tracking down the manager to voice my disgust with this property! Look elsewhere - this hotel is not worth your money! Disgusting!

The hotel called at noon on the day of check-in the cancel our reservation. The person that called said there was a plumbing/flooding issue. There was no offer to help find another hotel, no offer for a future discount. To add insult to injury, the hotel charged me for the room (payment should have been at check-in). When I called the hotel the next day when I saw the charge, they said that I would received a credit in 5-7 days! I never should have been charged in the first place, so why am I waiting a week for a refund?

The hotel could use a little tlc but it was clean and the staff was friendly.

Our room was on the first floor which appeared to be the basement level. Very musty and outdated. All fixings were removed from walls like the room was used for frat parties. The beds were clean and comfortable.

The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The beds were clean and very comfortable. But the bathroom floor was dirty and the tub drained very slow. At breakfast the coffee/hot water did not work and the juice was watery.

Breakfast area is too small. Long line for coffee. Pancake ares was very messy because of improper preparation tools.

We were very impressed with the room for the money. The breakfast was good but needed more seating. The room was well maintained and very clean
