Great location, close to dining and shopping. Staff was excellent and super pleasant! Morning breakfast was one of the best I have had! Rooms were spacious and had a microwave and refrigerator! Only issue was the bathroom wasn't clean. But overall great place!

This hotel needs a lot of attention. The room was very outdated and needed to be cleaned. The elevator was broken and we had to carry our lugagge up three flights of stairs. Then our key did not work. We had to go and purchase cleaning products so that the bathroom could be useable. The breakfast was mediocre at best and lacked selection. The staff was friendly which is the only good thing I can say about this hotel.

I am 70 yrs old and they told us in arrival there was no elevator and they were booked full and couldn't change my room. Had to haul all our luggage up 4 flights. Got in my room went on line and they had plenty of rooms available they could have changed us too. Desk staff was curt and insisted she could only refund my room not assign a better room for a senior.crappy customer service.

This hotel is in serious need of some renovations. The elevator was not working so we had to walk up the stairs to the third floor. There was no tv channel guide I. The room. Pointed out a hole in the floor by the bathroom door, a stain in the carpet, and the bathroom faucet would not shut off so I told the desk clerk when we checked out. Did not eat breakfast because we were staying as late as we could before checking out.
